Answer:	Backwards away from the sink. Travel is about 1.25" back from full off to full on.

Answer:	I'm not sure what the temperature range is, but it's hot enough to make soup, instant coffee, etc. overall it's a great product and worth the money. The only issue to watch out for is the thickness of your countertops. If they are too thick it will need recessed which can be difficult with granite or similar .
Question:	Is the interior stainless steel? not just the exterior. i have a culligan ro system and must use a stainless steel reservoir
Answer:	Yes..it comes with a cord. It works perfectly..the only disappointment is my last one was streamlined and small..this is bulky. No choices out there

Answer:	The manual indicates a hole of 1-1/4 to 1-1/2. That's to install/mount it. Assuming "fix" means that a means the same thing.

Question:	Does this come with a power cord or do i have to buy one separatel
Answer:	First make sure that all of the water lines are hooked up correctly. When I first installed mine I put 50 psi in the bladder tank as a place to start. When I opened the faucet flow was real low and it stopped pretty quickly. So, I dropped the air pressure in the tank to 30 psi using my tire gauge. That seems to be a sweet spot for my system. Now it will deliver a gallon of water in just over one minute. The instructions say that the maximum pressure is 90 or 100 psi but don't really make it clear where it should actually be set. I found that 30 psi works for me.
Question:	Just wondering how big should be the diameter of the hole should be to fix the faucet
Answer:	We encourage our customers to install the unit themselves. The system comes pre-assembled with comprehensive installation instructions with additional videos on YouTube to walk you through these steps. You can install the unit during our business hours where we have technicians on standby to help answer any questions. If you still do not feel comfortable, any local plumber should have no problem.

Answer:	I have the external pump attached to mine and it has a noticeable tick sound. Mine is under the sink in the cabinet and I still hear it. You get used to it after a while.

Answer:	There is no connectors included to connect it to PEX tubing. You have to find the inter-connectors between these two tubing types.

Answer:	It is no problem to get pure water, but the system can not stop automaticlly ,and life time of filters will be shorter.It is not recommended.for storage tank,I am pleasure to tell you more information. 1.the Ro system capacity just 75GPD,that is 75 gallon per 24 hours. it is about 3 gallon pure water per hour. it is very very slow ,that is reason we need storage tank to keep water. 2.it is installed under sink, that mean we should charge some pressure .standard pressure is 5-7 psi, too less or too much pressure,the system can not work well. 3.it is normal if there is waste water in red line when system work. and waste water is doulbe of pure water. but it must be off and without waste water when system don't work and tank is full. it work controlled by water tank, when tank is full, the system off, when tank is not full,system work automatically ,even you don't open faucet. 4.tank capacity is 2.8 gallon, but it just leave 80% space for pure water ,and remain space for air pressure .

Answer:	You need 2 inches from the center of the hole for the handle to rotate to the rear 1/4 turn. I'd want 2.25 or more inches.

Answer:	This model is more economical "Invite" series, and h-wave sn-ss is more expensive "Involve" series. And the faucets are different. I regret I am not much help, but I just spent 10 minutes on Amazon site trying to figure out the difference. The more expensive model reads just like my more economical model: it makes 60 cups of hot water. Not sure what you get for the extra $110.

We have since disconnected power to this hot water tap and our power bill went down by $30 per month. We only use it now to dispense the "cold" water. I would not recommend this product now.
Question:	Is everything you need to install this unit included in the box and which filter goes with this unit
Answer:	I put in new marble counter tops and had a plumber install it so I guess everything he needed was in the box. Works great and we have really enjoyed it.
Question:	Do the hot or cold handles have a lock position or do I need to hold it down
Answer:	They need to be held down. Overall product is great. The water can be adjusted to get really hot. Cold side is tap water temperature. Unit makes a little noise when making hot water. Other than that would order again.

Answer:	This faucet does NOT have a "vent" tube for air to be released from the water tank, back into the faucet. Insinkerator faucets require this. I am still trying to find a work around for this.
