Question:	Will the shelf safely hold my ceramic crock
Answer:	Not knowing how heavy it is I can tell you this. I put six five gallon water bottles on it that weigh forty pounds each with no problem. Hope this helps answer your question.
Question:	Can I make it into one tower for 5-6 bottles
Answer:	I wouldn't trust a stack of 6 bottles with this product. It is possible to do but the danger of it tipping is one to consider. If you stack them in a closet or nook of some sort I guess it would be safer but if you plan on keeping 6 bottles -or 5 for that matter- stored vertically you may want to consider another option. I have 3 young kids and it is in a corner abutting 2 walls, I don't worry about that configuration but if you add another unit and increase height to over 6 ft with the weight of all those bottles... It could really hurt someone.

Keep in mind: the hands are still perfectly clean at this point because the bidet is doing all the “dirty work.”

Question:	Does it make sence to upgrade this system with deionization filter when it has alkaline filter
Answer:	Smart Flow Sensor Switch powers on/off UV light automatically by water flow, so it must be installed after the storage tank where water flow is high enough, if you install it before the storage tank the water flow will be to slow for the Sensor Switch to turn the light on.
Question:	Is there an indicator that tells you when the filters need replacing, or do you guess ~6 months for uv light and the ph cartridge & 12 for membrane
Answer:	TWS is more powerful than ows. 55w compare to 40W. We normally suggest our customer install the OWS unit horizontally. Cause vertically installation might need extra support if the pipe is plastic. But that was not a problem for TWS system.
Question:	how many gallons of water is wasted to make 1 gallon of filtered water
Answer:	As long as you protect it from freezing, it has to be plugged in, we have it installed inside. We are on a well, have a sediment filter, a carbon filter then the UV water purifier installed in the same line. Going to get a test kit and test the water for bacteria and see how well it does.

Question:	How does this unit connect to the water source? what adapters if any are required? How much PSI can this unit take? Will it work on gravity feed
Answer:	All of the adapters come with it. You just connect to the cold water pipe and drill into the drain pipe. It would work with gravity feed, but the more pressure the faster the tank fills. I love mine, we're on a spring that gets polluted with ground water on a regular basis and for the first time in years we can drink the water.
Question:	Does this system use an air gap faucet
Answer:	No, our systems do not use air gap faucets only Non-air Gap.
Question:	if your water source is a creek, would this filter be good enough to create drinkable water? if not, what product would
Answer:	Yes this would be perfect for creek water supply and you can always upgrade the system to make into Alkaline + Ultra Violet.
Question:	Looking for a super hearty filter system for Mexico City, where no water is potable, not even for teeth brushing. Will this do it
Answer:	I don't have experience with really dirty water, as our tap water was only 40-50 ppm, but this system was not to hard to install and I bought it more for what it can take out of the water and the UV light to kill anything. Our reading now is 11 ppm, and what little smell the water had is completely gone. It is the freshest water I have ever tasted. Even with water not being that bad in this part of the US, and my particular city; I still noticed a significant difference in the taste and smell.

Answer:	Yes. T into the fresh water and T into the washers drain.
Question:	Why is s drain required? Is it just for overflow tray
Answer:	The drain is required because of the Reverse Osmosis (RO) filtration incorporated inside of the dispenser. RO is a slow "squeezing" process of the water where all the minerals and contaminants are removed. Approximately for every 3 gallons of "good" clean water it makes, it will empty a gallon of "bad" mineral rich water down the drain. All RO systems require a feed source water line in as well as a drain line out. I hope this helps MMWP

Question:	I'm confused, does the light when charged stay red? I charged it overnight and light still red. Just wondering, as directions don't say
Answer:	No, the light always stays blue on mine when it is charged. It sounds like your's is defective. I would exchange for a new one.
Question:	Does it only pump room temperature water
Answer:	It will pump whatever whatever water is in the jug that it is attached to. Hot or cold, it won’t change the temperature at all.
Question:	Will this work on five gallon glass containers
Answer:	It will work on any container. I used it on 5 and 3 gallon containers. However, please note that it sits loosely on top of the containers, it does not thread on.
Question:	What can I buy to make the pump stay firm on the bottle opening
Answer:	I bought the Primo water bottle from Walmart/ Lowe’s. Also, I bought an empty bottle from Walmart to used the pump and a hose to fit on the nozzle to drain the water out of the primo bottle. It only works with caps/ tops like the Primo water bottles. Don’t remove the Primo top. Use funnel to add what ever drink.
