Answer:	The water cooler has a water inlet connector. I would suggest that you place the reverse osmosis filtration system in line before the water cooler. As long as you can connect the water outlet of the reverse osmosis filtration system to the inlet of the water cooler there should be no reason for it to not work properly. You would definitely want to be sure that you have a shut off valve connected to your reverse osmosis outlet placed prior to the connection to the water cooler because maintenance of the cooler can entail disconnecting from the water source.

Answer:	are you talking about the cap? you can use a can opener plastic piece if you have to unscrew or use a cloth so you dont hurt your hands. we have unscrew very tight caps (instructions says to not tighten the cap). you can also use a plier too.

Answer:	The gallon should not matter where you bought it from. It should be the same as the photos. 55mm crown NONthreaded. Be careul, some places sell 48mm so its very hard to differentiate between 48mm and 55mm without a ruler. Sometimes you have to push down on the valve into the gallon mouth to make it fit.

Answer:	The 5-year expected life of the EPINL30 is based on a maximum usage of 1500 gallons annually. High levels of sediment or iron in the water supply may clog the filter and reduce its life.

Answer:	The filter housing alone is 10 inches long.

Answer:	I would just use a strong tape. Mine is just on the floor next to it to keep the refrigerator closest to the wall.

Answer:	Yes, I installed under my counter, my cabinet maker made it look as if it is part of the cabinetry, so far no issues.

Question:	What type of drink I can store or other large bottles in it? Like Champagne
Answer:	Not really. The manual says you can, just move the top hinge hardware to the left side and turn the door upside down. It lies. It doesn't mention the bottom hinge nor the left-side-only foot, which both also move (because the right foot is part of the hinge). It doesn't mention the handle will move to the lower half of the door, nor how to fix the upside-down "newair" logo... will it unstick and re-stick? Doubtful. There's also a mystery piece of hardware on the door by the bottom hinge which will look stupid sticking out of the top.

Answer:	Ok, I finally got this straight. The nipples on the chiller are actually 1/4th pipe thread. They feel really close to 5/16th compression fittings, but the best fit is the 1/4th pipe thread. Considering almost everything under the sink and with an RO system is 3/8th you will need some parts from a plumbing supply store to properly incorporate this into your system.
Question:	What type of filter does this use? It looks a little bit like a reverse osmosis filter system, but the flow rate suggests carbon filter
Answer:	Where would the source of the carbonated water be? It would have to be from a pressurized Tap. This unit is VERY loud when cooling. I would think twice a lot it if you plan on putting it in a family area, kitchen etc
