| Answer: | My answer applies to all water coolers - as long as the cooler is kept clean and the unit is cleaned at regular intervals when water bottles are changed - there is no issue related to mold. (The cooler can be flushed with a vinegar and water mixture - then flushed with lots of water to eliminate vinegar residue). As long as the pipe is properly placed in the water bottle and the cap is tightly secured, leakage will not be an issue. |

| Answer: | I just put the 5 gallon water jug inside and I pour 2-3 cups from each button (hot, room temp and cold) this is just to clean whatever dirt it may have during the storage and what not. |
