Answer:	It worked on my Mansfield toilets, I think that is a division of Kohler. I had to shim it because the surface where it mounts on the toilet is not perfectly flat. It would not work on a Jacuzzi toilet because the holes to mount the seat are too far back.

Answer:	I'm not entirely sure, it's quite long time. You'll need plastic trap just like for sink. I think stainless drain assembly and mounting hardware were included. You'll love it after. Good luck :-)

2. Push forward the bidet seat to support the fixed base.
3. Installation is complete after hearing a "click".

6. Unscrew the toilet tank inlet pipe connected to the water valve.

Answer:	The bidets that attaches under toilet seats are made for two piece toilets which means the toilet and water tank are separate. The toilet seat bidets can be use for either a one piece or two piece toilets. In my opinion the toilet seat bidets are more flush with the toilet rather then the attachments which goes under the toilet seat. I also believe the seat version looks aesthetically much nicer then the attachment too.
Question:	I bought this and the pressure is not so good. How do you get a stronger spray
Answer:	If you look in the manual you'll see where the hose screws into the seat there is regulator piece with a o ring that should be removed to increase the water flow. Question:	I need the t valve nut that connects the small hose.can i buy that
Answer:	Mine worked perfect all winter & spring last year. Shortly after the start of summer, I shut it off but I didn't unplug it or remove it, which maybe i should've because when it started to get really cold again a few weeks ago, it no longer worked. Answer:	No, this model does not have a deodorizer. It is a great value however with all of it's other features and warranty!

Question:	I bought this in May and the water is no longer being heated. Is there a user accessible fuse? The user manual was no help
Answer:	The ALPHA does not have an auto open/close seat & lid, but it is SOFT closing. The wands should extend out enough for most average users, but it really depends on person to person as well as a few factors. For example, if the person is on the shorter side (5'5" or shorter) and combining that with a ADA height toilet, the nozzles may not reach as far forward due to the person sitting closer to the front edge of the seat. If you experience any of those issues, the best thing to do is to make sure you're sitting on the ENTIRE bidet seat. We usually hear the situation of a nozzle not reaching as far as it should on other brands.
Question:	Does this come with self opening/closing? Do the wands reach forward enough without having to lean over like so many other models
Answer:	Yes. The water pressure is small to large. When you rotate the switch about 30 degrees, the water will start to flow out, and the water pressure will be the largest when you rotate it to 90 degrees.

Answer:	Top of bowl is 161/2. Top of seat is 181/2. Top of tank is 311/2. Seat does not come with it. Nice toilet but overpriced. Get it at Kohler.com or Home Depot. Very well packaged.

Answer:	There are multiple widths. The tank size, the bowl width. The base width. I do not have the dimensions because this was installedd in a customers home. Go on Koehler website and all of that info will be there in the SPECs section. Hope this helps

Answer:	When you twist the handle into Feminine or Posterior mode, it will stay there. If the spray needs to be turned off, you need to manually twist it back into OFF.

Answer:	Sounds like the line from the valve to the female nozzle (built into the unit and not serviceable that I've found) is broken and leaking back out from where it came in. I just got this one so I'm not positive but I kust had the same issue with a Bio-Bidet Slim Edge which seems to be nearly identical to this one.
Question:	Multiple reviewers complained that the water pressure on this unit is inferior to the BB1000, especially in regards to the enema function.Is this true
Answer:	They are provide if needed only As this product is designed for multiple toilets not all toilets seat will lie flat after installation If this is the case then add the extra bumpers in locations around the underlying seat to level. In most cases they are never needed.
