Question:	Do i need lifters under my toilet seat asince installing, my toilet runs nonstop. i have to turn valve off or it’ll continue to run. what should i do
Answer:	You don’t NEED lifters but there will be a space under the front of the toilet seat. It’s not much and doesn’t hinder or change anything. Just looks weird at worst. The valve should be turned off, installed like instructed, then turned back on. When I installed mine I had to use plumbers tape on all connections and it worked perfectly. Be careful not to twist the floater that shuts off the water into the toilet. I hs this problem causing the float to rub against the tank of the toilet preventing it from shutting the water off. Once I fixed that I didn’t have a problem. But if your water isn’t turning off then I’d consider adjusting the float shut off

Answer:	The ALPHA does not have an auto open/close seat & lid, but it is SOFT closing. The wands should extend out enough for most average users, but it really depends on person to person as well as a few factors. For example, if the person is on the shorter side (5'5" or shorter) and combining that with a ADA height toilet, the nozzles may not reach as far forward due to the person sitting closer to the front edge of the seat. If you experience any of those issues, the best thing to do is to make sure you're sitting on the ENTIRE bidet seat. We usually hear the situation of a nozzle not reaching as far as it should on other brands.

Answer:	Yes. It comes with 3 way T adapter
Question:	What is the length of your toilet bowl from seat screw to front bowl lip? Is this seat long enough
Answer:	It worked on my Mansfield toilets, I think that is a division of Kohler. I had to shim it because the surface where it mounts on the toilet is not perfectly flat. It would not work on a Jacuzzi toilet because the holes to mount the seat are too far back.

Answer:	I'm not entirely sure, it's quite long time. You'll need plastic trap just like for sink. I think stainless drain assembly and mounting hardware were included. You'll love it after. Good luck :-)

Answer:	That is the hard part for the installation. My advice, 1. Connect the easy one first to make sure no leak, and difficult one last. 2. Use DuPont Teflon tape, really help, I did twice, finally I succeed.

Answer:	I am overweight and it fits me fine, but it is on the small side. I think if I were obese it might be too small. The back side slopes up and so you do sit more forward than on a regular seat. The first time you use it - you think - what? But it's really comfortable once you get used to it. It does not extend over the mouth of the bowl at all. If you feel like you need that - get the elongated one.

Answer:	I don't think water temperature matters; as long as the connections fixs from the toilet to the bidet.

Question:	Does this raise the back of the seat higher than the front
Answer:	I gather that you have to connect the seat to a water source coming from the vanity. My toilet sits across the room from the vanity. Does this mean I'll need to install a hose that runs along the bathroom floor? How exactly does this connect to the vanity water source? Is the hole in the vanity on the top of the counter or elsewhere?
Question:	Do these work on round toilets
Answer:	No problem with that, but be prepared to change your rubber flapper valve and other "O" rings and gaskets that are in contact with the tank flush water. From the toilets point of view, the use of bleach tablets in the water tank is asking for trouble when it comes to o-rings, rubber type gaskets, and the flapper valve itself. None of them can stand up to the corrosive effects of even light to moderate amounts of sodium hypochlorite in the flush water. That's been my personal experience in the past. Just keep a few wrenches and replacement flapper valves and gaskets close by for repairs. Kidding... But one of the biggest problems as I see it is the seal on the flapper/closure valve is compromised and usually starts leaking slowly at first. You'll be noticing the increase in you water bill when it starts.....these days that amount of $$$ can add up in a hurry.
Question:	How about the water pressure of the spray
Answer:	I bought the VI 110 model and installed in the master bathroom, works well and we enjoy it so today I decided to purchase the Neo 320 for another bathroom that has a sink right next to it for warm water hook up. The nozzle cleaning feature should be nice as well as the extra female nozzle. We live in CA so the water temp was not an issue but we're looking fwd. to the warm water from the Neo.
Question:	How often do you clean the bidet (not the self clean feature, i mean soap and water
Answer:	It may take a few moments for the water to heat up, depending on your water heater. A good solution for warming up the water before use is by temporarily turning on the self-cleaning mode on hot to give time for the water to warm up (while also cleaning the nozzles).

Bidet attachments are constructed with high-pressure faucet quality valves made with metal-ceramic core and braided steel hose (31.5") instead of traditional plastic.The package comes with everything for an easy installation, including a metal cold water t-adapter (7/8").

Step 1:

Shut off the water supply valve on the wall. Then drain all the water in the toilet tank.

Place bidet on the toilet and align the bidet's adjustable plate holes to the toilet seat holes and screw the toilet seat back on the toilet.

Step 2:

Inspect unit, accessories and their parts. Make sure T-Adapter has the black rubber washer (The black rubber washer must be placed on the T-Adapter adapter as shown in the figure).

Step 3:

As shown in the figure: Try connecting all parts that need connection to make sure that they fit.

Optional: Apply thread seal tape to the threads of the bidet water inlet and T-Adapter.

1. Connect the T-Adapter to the toilet tank water inlet. Hand tighten.

2.Connect the other end of the metal braided metal hose to the T-Adapter. Hand tighten.

3.Connect the existing water supply flexible hose to the other end of the T-Adapter. Hand tighten.

Step 4:

Connect one end of the flexible braided metal hose to the water inlet of the bidet. Hand tighten.

Open the water supply valve.

Check connections for water leaks.

Tighten connections where there is a leak until leak stops.

Question:	What is the size of the opening
Answer:	If you have an elongated seat you will have more room to spray. Just be sure to sit all the way back on your seat & turn the knob EVER SO SLIGHTLY for the amount of spray you want. Ya gotta be sitting on the seat.
Question:	If non electrical, why does it say "connection to existing electrical outlet" in details and video shows elctrical requirement
Answer:	As an experienced explosive dumper, I was pleasantly surprised to see this nozzle stays clean. It sits back far enough to avoid unwanted shrapnel.
Question:	I have an american standard cadet toilet. it has 2 studs on the bowl rather than holes for mounting the seat. will this work on it
Answer:	You will have to clean it regularly with some mild soap and water and definitely no harsh chemicals as the instructions state. The only con on this the product is that it over hangs about two inches over the bowl so if you have men/boys with bad aim you will be cleaning more.
