Question:	Follows the install directions perfectly, but the t-valve where it connects to the toilet leaks no matter what I try. Any advice on on how to fix it
Answer:	The top part of the T-valve where it screws to the toilet might not have been screwed on straight, in my case it was very hard to screw on vertically-- you could see that if you look at it. It took me several attempts to fit it straight. Most toilets have plastic thread which makes it worst because the T-valve is metal which might damage the plastic thread, if that happened you'd have to carefully saw off the damaged part and hopefully you'll have enough thread left to install the t-valve.

The wands should extend out enough for most average users, but it really depends on person to person as well as a few factors. For example, if the person is on the shorter side (5'5" or shorter) and combining that with a ADA height toilet, the nozzles may not reach as far forward due to the person sitting closer to the front edge of the seat. If you experience any of those issues, the best thing to do is to make sure you're sitting on the ENTIRE bidet seat. We usually hear the situation of a nozzle not reaching as far as it should on other brands.

Answer:	It doesn't. It only has one intake, so you have to hook it to the cold water. I hook it up the the current intake (cold water). I figure its not worth buying one with two intakes and running a hot water supply to. As well as the hassle of figuring you where to get the hot water from, the water flow is so small, you will be done with it before the water gets hot. As an aside, that also means you are running the water in the pipes and get several seconds of room temp water.

Answer:	Thanks for your question. This leak stops once the washer inside the t-valve touches the toilet tank snugly. It can happen due to cross threading during installation preventing you from screwing the t-valve properly. Please try the below steps: 1) Please unscrew the t-valve at the toilet tank connection and make sure there is a flat rubber washer inside the T-valve. If there is one, please add a SECOND rubber washer. No need to unscrew the other connections. 2) Please don’t add more than couple layers of plumbers tape as this can prevent you screwing it all the way to the toilet tank. 3) You will notice that the nut at the top of the t-valve rotates freely. Reconnect t-valve to your toilet tank by holding the T-valve steady with one hand and only turning the nut at the top of the valve COUNTERCLOCKWISE using your other hand making sure there is NO CROSS THREADING until your toilet tank touches the washers and the nut stops moving. The plumbers tape helps to protect the threading but the joint is sealed when the toilet tank touches the rubber washer inside the t-valve. Pls don't turn the whole t-valve when tightening. You only need to turn the nut at the top of the t-valve. If needed, you can use a wrench to tighten the t-valve nut a little more at the END but use your hands first. These steps should normally stop the leaking. If you still face issues – please email us a picture of your installation at [email protected] and we can assist you further.

Important friendly reminder

It's important to turn off the shut-off adapter (t-valve) after each use to close the water supply to the bidet. If you choose not to turn off the valve lever after each use, you risk weakening the internal components of the sprayer head and hose due to the constant water pressure, and over time may cause flooding or water damage.
