Answer:	Yes, I found something that measures 3.5 and checked and it does fit in the corners, it will not fit in the center by the handle.

Answer:	I had mine for 18 months before the bottom ripped. However, we kept it hanging in a shower with 5 large shampoo bottles and shaving cream. We packed it so heavy I expected it to rip long before it did.

Answer:	It folds flat, but will not stay flat unless held by the loop that is attached to it. Its natural state is open. The attached loop holds it loosely closed, but if storing it flat was a concern, I would probably find a heavy rubber band to keep it it closed.

Answer:	You need to turn the valve back on after installation to allow the bowl and tank to refill.

Answer:	My three way valve started leaking just after 30 days. It developed a pin hole in the casting you could see with a magnifying glass. Probably a rare defect but no support from seller. So, I bought the Luxe brand valve they sell for their seat type sprayers.
Question:	what is the difference between a regular bidet and a cloth diaper sprayer
Answer:	Depends - most of the bidets i have encountered are internal to the toilet bowl. this is an external hose that ties into the initial plumbing line before it even enters the toilet. this device is more akin to a sink sprayer/hose. however if you have a bidet that is a hose, than i imagine there isn't a great difference. But the external hose allows you to move around and flush more stuff

STEP 1: TURN OFF THE WATER SUPPLY

Turn OFF the water supply valve at the wall next to your toilet. Twist it clockwise as far as it will go. Flush the toilet and hold down the handle to completely empty the toilet tank.

STEP 2: MAKE SURE THERE IS A RUBBER WASHER INSIDE BOTH THE FEMALE ENDS

Confirm that the flat rubber washer is inside the top of your bidet’s T-valve (hint: the top of the T-valve is where the spinning nut is located), and it is pushed all the way down to tighten the connection.

STEP 3: CONNECT THE T-VALVE AND THE HOSES

Screw the top of the T-valve onto the toilet’s fill valve where you just unscrewed the water supply hose. Be careful not to over-tighten the connections. Screw the toilet’s water supply hose to the bottom of the T-valve. Connect one end of the handheld bidet hose to the side of the T-valve. Screw the bidet sprayer head onto the other end of the bidet hose.

STEP 4: TURN ON THE WATER SUPPLY & MOUNT THE SPRAYER

Turn the water supply valve back on. If you notice that any connection is loose or leaking, you may need to add some plumber’s tape. If you’re leak-free, your hand-held bidet sprayer is installed and ready for use!

Toilet Mount: Screw the holder onto the toilet tank clip. Lift up the toilet tank lid, slide the clip onto the side of the tank, and replace the lid.

Wall Mount: Use the drywall screws and anchors to attach the holder to the wall.

Question:	Where the hot water comes from
Answer:	There is no hot water in this unit, just one cold water line. Since this unit is the water is always at room temperature and I found it is fine without hot water. There are units in the market with hot water feature but you have to install a power line to hook it in, however it is about ten times more expensive plus the power line connection cost, this one is simple as it can be, to me simpler is better.
Question:	Hi, In winter, the water is still cold coming right out of it. Is it a problem and how to deal with it? Thanks a lot
Answer:	Flushing the toilet while in cleaning mode will also help expel the cold water from the pipes. As long as you expel the cold water, and give the warm water a little time to make it's way through the line, it's no problem.

Answer:	I assume that you are dialing 1, or 2 on the dial and water is not coming out. If this is the case, ensure that the sprayer/nozzle is coming down, and it does not stay retracted. I read in the instructions that you may have to pull it down the first couple of times. Mine worked fine the first time. Hope this works.

Answer:	I inquired about the "womens parts" with my adult daughters that I gave the Astor Bidet to. They state by adjusting position on the seat it works well for cleansing "womens parts". I found the same to be true for me and still find the Astor Bidet a good purchase and better constructed than other bidets we have had.

Answer:	I am not sure about the exact material. I am not very knowledgeable about the forms of Plastic. It is some form of plastic for sure and feels sturdy enough. I would agree that since it is protruding out of the chair, it is prone to accidental breaking. I would say, one would need to be a little careful with it. Question:	Do i need lifters under my toilet seat asince installing, my toilet runs nonstop. i have to turn valve off or it’ll continue to run. what should i do
Answer:	You don’t NEED lifters but there will be a space under the front of the toilet seat. It’s not much and doesn’t hinder or change anything. Just looks weird at worst. The valve should be turned off, installed like instructed, then turned back on. When I installed mine I had to use plumbers tape on all connections and it worked perfectly. Be careful not to twist the floater that shuts off the water into the toilet. I hs this problem causing the float to rub against the tank of the toilet preventing it from shutting the water off. Once I fixed that I didn’t have a problem. But if your water isn’t turning off then I’d consider adjusting the float shut off
