Answer:	This is a difficult question to answer because of the interpretation of the question. With the seat and the cover closed the unit is just about 2 inches thick - that is to say the top of the cover is about 2 inches off of the porcelain of the toilet. However, if you do not include the cover the seat measures about 1 & 1/2 inches off of the toilet porcelain. Then of course please consider that the actual seat has protective bumpers on the bottom to cushion the seat from the toilet porcelain. Those bumpers are about a 1/4 of an inch think. Hope this helps.

Answer:	There are no speed settings. The only control is whether the pump/heater is on or off (controllable from the timer). In looking at the instruction manual that came with it, there is no mention of gallons per minute. The pump keeps your water lines filled with warm water so you can immediately wash your hands or face or start your shower with water at a pleasant temperature. As water arrives from the water heater, the temperature increases. It's a very agreeable and low cost solution to situations where the water heater is far from bathrooms or kitchen.

Answer:	Someone else answered elsewhere. The 6' hose will reach the bottom of the shower/tub, but it's not long enough to reach out and around all sides of a dog. To allow that freedom of movement, I ordered (a couple of years ago here on Amazon.com) an "Inox Extended Length Stainless Steel Shower Hose - 100 inches (2.54 meters)." That made all the difference for washing the dogs.

The real restrictor is a tiny hole about 1/8-inch diameter, molded deep inside a black tube in the handle. You can't access it without destroying the shower head. See one reviewer's photos comparing the flow restrictor to the size of a pencil point.

Answer:	Amazon just delivered my shower head today and I opened the box to discover the outer product package say the hose is only 60" (5 ft), not 72" (6 ft) long. Love you Amazon, but you need to update the information for this product to avoid disappointing future buyers who bought this specifically for the extended hose length. Returning to Amazon.

Answer:	Toto provides everything you need to connect the tank to the toilet bowl. If you are asking about the closet flange, Toto provides color matched bolt caps but not the bolts. Those are readily available in local stores. You will also need a wax ring and a new hose to connect the toilet to the water supply. And don't forget that this toilet does not include a seat since Toto offers a variety of models. If you don't want anything fancy, the SoftClose is a good choice.
Question:	I wonder if I can install the bowl first and then, install the tank onto the bowl to lessen the weight I need to handle like the American Std I have
Answer:	My plumber chose to install the tank onto the bowl first, then move as one piece. However, he had another guy to help move the whole thing into place. He did tell me that if he is on his own he will do the bowl first then the tank but it is much harder to attach the tank due to the working space available.
Question:	Is this model the ADA seat height
Answer:	ADA compliant means 17-19" from the floor to the top of the toilet seat. Without the toilet seat the height is just over 16" (about 16.25"), so adding the toilet seat (they vary in height) will generally put the height into the lower range of ADA compliant. My toilet seat brings the floor to toilet seat height to just over 17", so technically it is within the range to consider it ADA compliant. Hope this helps!

Question:	How many amps is the pump
Answer:	The pump runs at .22 Amps, and recommended supply current of 2.5 Amps. A standard 15 Amp wall socket is all that you need to plug it into. The .22 Amps the pump indicates maximum start up current, actual running current will be somewhat lower. Inrush current is always higher, when the motor has to start up, actual running current will be lower, example a 1 HP motor will have an inrush current of about 34 Amps, just until the motor reaching normal operating speed then it drops down to around 7.5 Amps, quite a bit lower, but the breaker needs to be able to handle the inrush currents.
Question:	can i used without the sensor valve
Answer:	Yes.As long as you have a return line running back to your water heater. You do not need a separate return line at every faucet. You need one return line. Follow your hot water pipe to the end (last branch takeoff), cut in a tee and run pex or copper. At the bottom of your tank style water heater there is a small, usually plastic valve. Remove that valve and screw in a 3/4" brass or stainless pipe nipple. Then install a tee inline with side outlet looking up and in the end of the tee put a brass drain valve to replace the crappy plastic one if applicable. The side connection on the tee you installed is where you will connect your return line you just ran. I did not notice if this pump had a built in check valve but if not you may want one to prevent water from flowing through both the hot water main and the hot water return to the faucet nearest the end. Water will follow the path of least resistance so the last branch on the main usually ends up being similar in distance to the water heater from either line. As a result water can back feed up the return line and will bring the cold water entering the tank with it. This is especially true when a second source of hot water is being used at the same time hence the need for a check valve.
Question:	If the pump is on, and the water is hot, the sensor valve closes, right? Isn't the pump trying to push water against a totally closed line
Answer:	This type of pump is designed to operate with zero flow, and it actually uses a little less electricity when it is not moving water. When the sensor valve closes, the pump does not move any water. When the sensor valve reopens, the pump moves water from the hot water line into the cold water line.
Question:	So what this does is move the hot water through the pipes constantly, not just when you need it? Seems like an energy suck. Is it
Answer:	If you run this all the time you will likely increase your water heating costs significantly as you are turning your pipes into a big radiant heater. You can use the built in timer to only have it come on at set periods, but this will only work if you have a very fixed schedule. I attacked this another way. I plugged the unit into a TP-Link HS110 Smart plug that is Alexa controlled. I can just say turn on hot water pump or turn off hot water pump when I want to control it. But that was not good enough for me. I found that if this pump ran for four minutes it would give me hot water at the distant shower that I wanted, so I did the following. I wrote a routine to turn on the pump, wait four minutes and then turn it off. While I can run this by voice, I bought the new Amazon Alexa Button, they are about $14 for a two pack. The button is battery operated and communicates to another Alexa device. Just before I take a shower I push the button and within four minutes the water will be hot without having to run water.

Question:	Does this raise the back of the seat higher than the front
Answer:	I gather that you have to connect the seat to a water source coming from the vanity. My toilet sits across the room from the vanity. Does this mean I'll need to install a hose that runs along the bathroom floor? How exactly does this connect to the vanity water source? Is the hole in the vanity on the top of the counter or elsewhere?
Question:	Do these work on round toilets
Answer:	No problem with that, but be prepared to change your rubber flapper valve and other "O" rings and gaskets that are in contact with the tank flush water. From the toilets point of view, the use of bleach tablets in the water tank is asking for trouble when it comes to o-rings, rubber type gaskets, and the flapper valve itself. None of them can stand up to the corrosive effects of even light to moderate amounts of sodium hypochlorite in the flush water. That's been my personal experience in the past. Just keep a few wrenches and replacement flapper valves and gaskets close by for repairs. Kidding... But one of the biggest problems as I see it is the seal on the flapper/closure valve is compromised and usually starts leaking slowly at first. You'll be noticing the increase in you water bill when it starts.....these days that amount of $$$ can add up in a hurry.
Question:	How about the water pressure of the spray
Answer:	I bought the VI 110 model and installed in the master bathroom, works well and we enjoy it so today I decided to purchase the Neo 320 for another bathroom that has a sink right next to it for warm water hook up. The nozzle cleaning feature should be nice as well as the extra female nozzle. We live in CA so the water temp was not an issue but we're looking fwd. to the warm water from the Neo.
Question:	How often do you clean the bidet (not the self clean feature, i mean soap and water
Answer:	It may take a few moments for the water to heat up, depending on your water heater. A good solution for warming up the water before use is by temporarily turning on the self-cleaning mode on hot to give time for the water to warm up (while also cleaning the nozzles).

Step 1:

Shut off the water supply valve on the wall. Then drain all the water in the toilet tank.

Place bidet on the toilet and align the bidet's adjustable plate holes to the toilet seat holes and screw the toilet seat back on the toilet.

Step 2:

Inspect unit, accessories and their parts. Make sure T-Adapter has the black rubber washer (The black rubber washer must be placed on the T-Adapter adapter as shown in the figure).

Step 3:

As shown in the figure: Try connecting all parts that need connection to make sure that they fit.

Optional: Apply thread seal tape to the threads of the bidet water inlet and T-Adapter.

1. Connect the T-Adapter to the toilet tank water inlet. Hand tighten.

2.Connect the other end of the metal braided metal hose to the T-Adapter. Hand tighten.

3.Connect the existing water supply flexible hose to the other end of the T-Adapter. Hand tighten.

Step 4:

Connect one end of the flexible braided metal hose to the water inlet of the bidet. Hand tighten.

Open the water supply valve.

Check connections for water leaks.

Tighten connections where there is a leak until leak stops.
