Question:	Do i need lifters under my toilet seat asince installing, my toilet runs nonstop. i have to turn valve off or it’ll continue to run. what should i do
Answer:	You don’t NEED lifters but there will be a space under the front of the toilet seat. It’s not much and doesn’t hinder or change anything. Just looks weird at worst. The valve should be turned off, installed like instructed, then turned back on. When I installed mine I had to use plumbers tape on all connections and it worked perfectly. Be careful not to twist the floater that shuts off the water into the toilet. I hs this problem causing the float to rub against the tank of the toilet preventing it from shutting the water off. Once I fixed that I didn’t have a problem. But if your water isn’t turning off then I’d consider adjusting the float shut off

As for comfort, the seat is heated, so in the winter, it is pleasant experience and you can turn of the heat for the summer. The seat is a hard plastic but it is contoured so that it is easy to sit on.

Answer:	The wash cycle is 2 minutes long. You will have heated water throughout the wash. The SE400 has a water tank/heater. That means as the tank empties and starts to refill, you will feel a slight cooling. But it will not be cold water as the tank is heating the water as it refills.

Answer:	It's not as strong at maximum pressure as my past Toto Washlets, but I couldn't use the Toto's max pressure without concern for damaging delicate skin. The SE400's maxumum pressure is adequate for me.
