Question:	Which toilet seats on Amazon (or another store) is this compatible with? I bought one of these but it's not compatible with our toilet seat
Answer:	Any easily removable toilet seat in wood or plastic (lift-off or with flanges that rotate) which also has a Bemis Sta-Tite or comparable attachment system will not work optimally with the Luxe Neo model 180 or 185 bidets.The expansive bushings located at the top of the attachment bolts will never make it through the approximately 3/8-inch deep plastic base/insert of the bidet to reach the holes in the toilet where they are supposed to exert their effect of ensuring a tightly seated toilet seat. These bushings also do not fit particularly well through the adjustable slots on top of the plastic bidet attachment. Wooden toilet seats with outer hinge tabs are not optimal since they will very likely cause the toilet seat to not rest flat on the bowl due to contact with the plastic base/insert of the bidet on top of the toilet bowl. Additional rubber bumpers will likely be needed to correct such a resulting angled and misaligned seat. The best option appears to be a heavy duty plastic toilet seat (since plastic seats do not have any outer hinge tabs) without the aforementioned Sta-Tite or comparable attachment system. Two likely candidates as of 06/19/2015 are the following: BEMIS Just-Lift Round Closed Front Toilet Seat in White Model # 584SLOWJ 000 at $29.98 and the BEMIS Just-Lift Elongated Closed Front Toilet Seat in White Model # 1584SLOWJ 000 at $34.98. Both of these seats are available from The Home Depot either in-store or online. I have today (06/30/2015) purchased and installed one of these Bemis Just-Lift toilet seats (round model) from my local Home Depot and it is truly "just what the doctor ordered" for easy installation and carefree use with a Luxe Bidet Neo 180 or 185.

Answer:	Pull lever wins for me. You can turn the selector knob towards the cleaning setting to adjust down the pressure from the pull lever. I have one that is turn knob only and wouldn't buy that style again, harder to operate.

Answer:	I see all kinds of answers some good some not so good. They have a quarter turn shutoff for the Bidet side outlet. It will allow you easily adjust the maximum pressure to the Bidet and is a high quality fitting that is much more reliable and better suited then the plastic tee without shutoff that comes with the unit. Also, if your toilet doesn't already have a braided flexible water line (the Bidet comes with one) you may want to get one to replace the stiff chrome or plastic one going to your toilet that will now probably be too long. If your toilet already has a flexible line, you won't need to replace it. If you do need to get one, choose the right size (measure it), not too short but not excessively long, there is flexibility in using this type. You can get these braided flexible Toilet lines from Amazon or from your local hardware store or Home center. That way all the fittings and lines to your toilet will be new and guaranteed to fit right and everything will match nicely.INSTALLATION TIP: Connect the braided lines to the tee valve before attaching the valve to the toilet (it's easier) then "hand start" the connects to the supply stop and the Bidet and the valve to Toilet, then tighten everything up after there all started. Question:	What is the difference between the 180 and the
Answer:	The only difference between the Neo 180 and 185 are the water pressure controls. The Neo 180 has a lever that you lift up and down. The Neo 185 has a knob that you turn left and right. We would recommend the Neo 185 if you have a high household water pressure - the Neo 185 may give more precision and control over the strength of the water flow.

1. Turn off the water supply valve and unscrew the water supply hose from the water tank.
2. Using finger nut, attach the T-shaped connector to the water tank where you removed the water supply hose. Then, attach the water supply hose to the bottom of the T-shaped connector.

Question:	Does this raise the back of the seat higher than the front
Answer:	I gather that you have to connect the seat to a water source coming from the vanity. My toilet sits across the room from the vanity. Does this mean I'll need to install a hose that runs along the bathroom floor? How exactly does this connect to the vanity water source? Is the hole in the vanity on the top of the counter or elsewhere?
Question:	Do these work on round toilets
Answer:	No problem with that, but be prepared to change your rubber flapper valve and other "O" rings and gaskets that are in contact with the tank flush water. From the toilets point of view, the use of bleach tablets in the water tank is asking for trouble when it comes to o-rings, rubber type gaskets, and the flapper valve itself. None of them can stand up to the corrosive effects of even light to moderate amounts of sodium hypochlorite in the flush water. That's been my personal experience in the past. Just keep a few wrenches and replacement flapper valves and gaskets close by for repairs. Kidding... But one of the biggest problems as I see it is the seal on the flapper/closure valve is compromised and usually starts leaking slowly at first. You'll be noticing the increase in you water bill when it starts.....these days that amount of $$$ can add up in a hurry.
Question:	How about the water pressure of the spray
Answer:	I bought the VI 110 model and installed in the master bathroom, works well and we enjoy it so today I decided to purchase the Neo 320 for another bathroom that has a sink right next to it for warm water hook up. The nozzle cleaning feature should be nice as well as the extra female nozzle. We live in CA so the water temp was not an issue but we're looking fwd. to the warm water from the Neo.
Question:	How often do you clean the bidet (not the self clean feature, i mean soap and water
Answer:	It may take a few moments for the water to heat up, depending on your water heater. A good solution for warming up the water before use is by temporarily turning on the self-cleaning mode on hot to give time for the water to warm up (while also cleaning the nozzles).

Step 1:

Shut off the water supply valve on the wall. Then drain all the water in the toilet tank.

Open the water supply valve.

Check connections for water leaks.

Answer:	Yes, I found something that measures 3.5 and checked and it does fit in the corners, it will not fit in the center by the handle.

Answer:	It folds flat, but will not stay flat unless held by the loop that is attached to it. Its natural state is open. The attached loop holds it loosely closed, but if storing it flat was a concern, I would probably find a heavy rubber band to keep it it closed.
