Answer:	Yes, I found something that measures 3.5 and checked and it does fit in the corners, it will not fit in the center by the handle.

Answer:	I had mine for 18 months before the bottom ripped. However, we kept it hanging in a shower with 5 large shampoo bottles and shaving cream. We packed it so heavy I expected it to rip long before it did.
Question:	Product states it's a dual nozzle. Are both nozzles situated on the same mechanism? How does the female nozzle work
Answer:	It folds flat, but will not stay flat unless held by the loop that is attached to it. Its natural state is open. The attached loop holds it loosely closed, but if storing it flat was a concern, I would probably find a heavy rubber band to keep it it closed.
Question:	The space between the seat and toilet water goes straight threw it. What can I do about it? I've had the water soak my shorts a few times
Answer:	No, I had one for camping season to use at the shower house, the seam actually ended up ripping halfway through the summer. I did buy another though because it serves it's purpose well.

The Luxe Bidet Neo 185 is a cold water mechanical bidet featuring an additional feminine nozzle designed to aim lower and spray softer and equipped with dual control knobs for completely adjustable settings. Question:	How do you get a hot water attachment near a toilet
Answer:	In my case my sink was very close to the toilet so that worked out good the other option I go down to the floor and maybe get to a pipe in the cellar and connect the hot water down there or the other thing is I’ve use the cold water more often now than hot water anyway because it really doesn’t affect you it’s it’s very comfortable

Answer:	For the hot and cold water model, there are two T-adapters, one is 9/16" (also called 3/8"), the other is 15/16" (also called 7/8"). If your basin valve is 9/16" (also called 3/8"), you can connect with T-adapter 9/16" should be connected with long PU hose, which is for hot water. Please refer to the installation booklet that comes with the color box.
Question:	hot water tube is safe? leaking or melting problem
Answer:	No leaks whatsoever. Tube never gets that hot (no hotter than your faucet) so melting is not even a possibility.

Answer:	The dual-nozzle model does not have a "nozzle cleaning" function like the single nozzle does. Both nozzles are retracted when the bidet is not in use and it has a nozzle guard which provides extra cover for the nozzles when retracted. Due to the "simple" nature of the device there are two ways to turn the controls (which is simply a valve in the arm of the bidet), so with the single nozzle bidet one way is "wash" and the other way is "nozzle cleaning" but with the dual-nozzle one way is a "rear wash" and the other way is a "front wash".

Answer:	This did not fit our oblong toilet. The distance between the edge of our bowl and the center of the bolts for our toilet is 3.5" so the bidet could not be fastened properly and was loose. The max as stated in instructions is 3.10"

Question:	Does the toilet need to be close to sink in order to use the warm water function
Answer:	Yes. I found this out the hard way after realizing my hot water valve is enclosed inside my bathroom cabinet, so I could not connect it to the bidet. I still use the cold water function, but if I accidentally select the warm water function, water sprays out onto the floor where the warm water hose should be attached.

Question:	I installed the seat with the bumpers. The bumpers keep falling off of the adhesive tape. The tape stays attached to the toilet seat. Any ideas
Answer:	It stays pretty clean, unless you really got the Hersey squirt you don’t really have to do much with it
