Answer:	The button on the wand only switches it from Hi pressure to Low pressure. No off possition. And there is a valve control on the shower head that transferes the water to the wand and back to the head.

This, of course, is accomplished by using your hands to grasp the shower head and moving it where you need it. Answer:	I am wondering myself. It looks like one model goes by the series name "Engage" and the other by the series name "Attract". It looks like both are 2 gallon per minute. On the videos, the Attract seems a bit easier to use with the selection of sprays through a button rather than the dial. The collar above the hand-held shower that allows it to "sit" on the fixed magnetic support seems bigger, and probably thus easier to return to the fixed dock when you have shampoo in your eyes. It may be that sellers are using the same photo of the Attract model on the older Engage model. I will go for the Attract model 26112SRN.

Answer:	There are 6 settings and some of them have higher pressure than others. The main setting, which is the wide spray, has the best balance of coverage and pressure. However, if you go to the most narrow spray, you can clean the shower or really get a good massage with it.Regarding the product, the hose is metal and the shower head itself is plastic with a chrome metallic finish. It is both durable and light-weight, making it very easy to handle.

Answer:	The green cross restrictor is located in the bottom of the shower head. Just unscrew it from the hose and you will see it in the head. Use tweezers or like instrument to remove the metal circle, the white plastic cross and then the green restrictor. It all pops out so easily. Screw the head back onto hose. No leaks. It's all so easy!

Answer:	The water feed is through the pipe from the wall. There is then a three-way diverter with settings for large head only, both heads and small portable head only. If you use the both heads setting there is a slight loss of pressure. Have not found it to be very much of a drop, even at the both setting plenty of pressure for rinsing hair. Have made the pressure modification others refer to and my semi-scientific tests shows water usage almost equal due to shorter shower time. Easy to switch the flow diverter without looking. Have been pleased with product.

Question:	I cannot get my shower head to fit in the holder. it is too large for the holder. the holder is too small. do i have the wrong holder
Answer:	I haven't checked the water bill but it works like any restrictor valve, the difference is it does shoot out less water but at higher pressure. You can tell once you get the unit. I like the feel of the higher pressure stream, you can tell the difference with the rain stream. However this head does need to be taken apart and clean the flat metal piece periodically otherwise the flow starts to get blocked in some areas of the head. I also noticed sometimes that can be corrected not due to obstructions but simply taking apart and reassembly of the head itself would correct the issue. I'm not sure what causes it mechanically.
Question:	I can’t find anything in the installation instructions as to what to do with the Teflon tape. Where does it go

Question:	Are there any problems with the head staying upright? I saw a review another place that said the head was so heavy the head pointed down
Answer:	We use as a hand shower but it does sit upright. The neck is curved slightly but I guess depending on how it is mounted it may point down. Ours points out because it sits upright. Tried to include photo but couldn’t. Sorry.
Question:	Can this be used with a drop ell adaptor or does it need to be mounted from the main shower head
Answer:	t has a mounting /attachment nut that screws directly on the chrome drop ell or the pipe from the wall.
Question:	What size shower holder bracket is recommended? Does this come with that? If not what size can hold this properly
Answer:	The shower head and hose come with their own bracket.

Answer:	They cleverly only advertise that the box is made in USA however I did some checking and the AquaDance company is owned by shareholders in Hong Kong (Chinese Territory). I am certain it was manufactured there, imported, and put into boxes made here in the USA. Hope this helps.

Question:	How do you remove the flow restrictor
Answer:	10 seconds to unscrew the shower head and remove the plastic flow restrictor disc with a dental pick or similar tool. Don't lose the rubber washer. HUGE flow difference and much less water gushes from my old diverter spout.
