Answer:	Yes, there is a ball joint at the connection. However, the angles are not severe... 20 to 30 degrees perhaps.

Answer:	Other than price, I think the difference visually is the flared head design. I have the H and no flare but great pressure. I cannot speak to the HB's performance. Try googling Speakman's customer service and call them to get all the skinny.

Answer:	You have to drill it out. You will void the warranty. My brother drilled his out and screwed up the flow. Leave it alone

After you've soaked your filter and rinsed the Soma unit, make sure your filter is sitting snugly in the reservoir and you should be all set. Also, with regard to your concern regarding filtration speed, We've found removing the lid and filling the reservoir directly over the filter improves filtration speed. Once you have filled your Soma (about 2 reservoirs full), you can simply place the lid back on and continue using your Soma as you normally would. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Answer:	The bracket I received for mounting to the main pipe was metal. Quite heavy and very sturdy. The provided instructions recommend you wrench tighten the mounting bracket, further supporting how sturdy it is. DO NOT WRENCH TIGHTEN THE OTHER CONNECTIONS!!. The other connections are indeed plastic, so hand tighten them. Yes, if you over-tighten, the plastic connections will break. That should go without saying. That is true of all plastic connections. Just don't overtighten. It's quite easy - screw them on. Turn on the shower, let it run for a few seconds. Then re-tighten by hand. Couldn't be easier.

Answer:	I don't remember what came with this. I bought a diverter valve (nice metal one from moen) that had a holder built onto it which holds the wand up beside/over the standard shower head.
