Question:	Is the magnet hard to disengage? Don’t want to loosen connections
Answer:	I am wondering myself. It looks like one model goes by the series name "Engage" and the other by the series name "Attract". There is a Youtube video for Engage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvyKYaLaxBE and one for Attract: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O01e4SrmLsg The only difference I can make is that "Attract" is trade-marked (TM). It looks like both are 2 gallon per minute. On the videos, the Attract seems a bit easier to use with the selection of sprays through a button rather than the dial. The collar above the hand-held shower that allows it to "sit" on the fixed magnetic support seems bigger, and probably thus easier to return to the fixed dock when you have shampoo in your eyes. It may be that sellers are using the same photo of the Attract model on the older Engage model. I will go for the Attract model 26112SRN.
Question:	Would a 4" shower arm (pipe coming out of the wall) be adequate or does it need to be
Answer:	There are 6 settings and some of them have higher pressure than others. The main setting, which is the wide spray, has the best balance of coverage and pressure. However, if you go to the most narrow spray, you can clean the shower or really get a good massage with it.Regarding the product, the hose is metal and the shower head itself is plastic with a chrome metallic finish. It is both durable and light-weight, making it very easy to handle.
Question:	Is there a restrictor that can be removed
Answer:	The green cross restrictor is located in the bottom of the shower head. Just unscrew it from the hose and you will see it in the head. Use tweezers or like instrument to remove the metal circle, the white plastic cross and then the green restrictor. It all pops out so easily. Screw the head back onto hose. No leaks. It's all so easy!
Question:	How can I remove the restrictor
Answer:	It is not recommended because the water restrictor is built into the bottom of the handheld where it connects to the hose. If you tried to remove it, it would require breaking a small piece that looks like a cross and retains the restrictors. This could lead to the shower head leaking from the point where it connects to the hose.

Question:	Is there a way to remove the flow restrictor
Answer:	Other than backing up to the supporting arm, it tilts in every direction with an approximately 20 degree tilt, enough to be able to spray out of the shower a little if it goes to far in the direction of a standard-height sliding shower enclosure. We keep ours level with the floor.
Question:	Is showerhead adjustable or fixed in place? Thank you
Answer:	I bought one a few years ago on Amazon and had it shipped to California, however California has recently changed the acceptable flow rates. The current California showerhead standard is 2.5 gallons per minute. CalGreen code, the California plumbing code and the voluntary WaterSense specification are all 2.0 gallons per minute
Question:	Does it come with the hose
Answer:	Sure can. All it takes is putting a standard two way diverter valve in the main arm of the shower. That way you can use either the rainhead (main), or the handheld. The valve pulls up for diverted stream, (handheld), or down for main stream, (rainhead).
Question:	how do you change the settings on this model
Answer:	NO, it does not come with the arm shown in the photo. That arm in the (misleading) photo is called, "Moen S113 Waterhill 14-Inch Replacement Extension Curved Shower Arm, Chrome". We purchased the arm that is RECOMMENDED AND SOLD BY AMAZON FOR USE with this showerhead, along with the additional charge of $65.87 for "expert installation." (We paid for the installation because I had not planned on being home that day but fortunately I was, otherwise he would have refused to do the installation and we would have been charged anyway) The guy/ "expert" who came to do the install did not have all the tools necessary to complete the job, and, being too short to reach the faucet, you would think he would bring a small step ladder to facilitate him completing his job as, an "expert". WRONG, he needed to borrow ours, which normally would be no big deal, but then he refused to install the arm and said that was not included with installation, only the showerhead. *His attitude was snotty and disdainful which did not improve the situation. Why in Gods name would Amazon sell this as a unit, as well as suggest you buy both items (in "frequently sold together" section of item description) and then refuse to do the installation??!!? I had to install the Moen Waterhill 14-Inch Replacement Extension Curved Shower Arm by myself - using my tools - while the idiot "expert" stood there and watched. Had I not been there, he would have left and we would have been charged anyway. Since I had to install the arm, I may as well have installed the showerhead - with less aggravation - and saved us the $65. VERY BAD SERVICE and I do not/not recommend anyone purchasing the "expert" installation through Amazon. Spend $15 on a vice grip pliers and do it yourself. I was so irritated with him that I forgot to drill out the water restrictor so now I have to take apart and reinstall, thus adding to frustration and disgust with the installation, even though that was a ding on me by expecting someone who was squared away to show up and handle the job. The flow is not that great, so I'll be drilling today. Live and Learn, hopefully this post will save others from the same aggravation that poor and short sighted Amazon policy caused.

Answer:	Yes, there are now THREE restrictors. Are you kidding me? What are they building a shuttle craft valve? The restrictors are not easily removed. I used a small pick set and very small needle nose pliers. I had to break the last resistor apart to be able to remove it. Good luck everyone!

Answer:	It seems Moen has reconfigured the flow restictor. It is very difficult to pop out. I had to break my inward to remove and there is only one set consisting of white cover, rubber ring, and blue restrictor. Worth the effort though!

Answer:	It does not come with a hose. It's meant to connect to the neck that comes out of the wall for a shower head like this.That is not to say, if you have a hose that will connect to a neck, and has "male" (exterior) threads that will fit into that shower head, you could make that work for you.
Question:	How do you remove the flow restrictor? Our shower head doesn't have enough pressure to even shower...the water just dribbles out at any setting

Answer:	The water feed is through the pipe from the wall. There is then a three-way diverter with settings for large head only, both heads and small portable head only. If you use the both heads setting there is a slight loss of pressure. Have not found it to be very much of a drop, even at the both setting plenty of pressure for rinsing hair. Have made the pressure modification others refer to and my semi-scientific tests shows water usage almost equal due to shorter shower time. Easy to switch the flow diverter without looking. Have been pleased with product.

Question:	Is the shower head metal or plastic
Answer:	Not exactly a push button. It's more like a small lever that is pushed left to right to change the flow patterns.
Question:	Can this work with the Moen U controller
Answer:	The head can be moved up or down, side to side. Regardless of how you position the head, it won't affect the many different spray patterns you get, at least one of which should give you the rain-like shower you desire.
Question:	Are the screw holes to mount the escutehon plate parallel and below the handle or are they diagonal with one above and one below
Answer:	I hate wimpy water flow, showers which take three times longer do not save any water in the long run. To remove the Moen 26000 restrictor…At the base of the handle you need to remove the O-ring and the little white washer-like piece. Then you will find a (teal in mine) piece of plastic which looks like a wheel with spokes. That is the piece you need to remove. I tried a masonry bit on the center/hub of it and had no luck whatsoever. However, the space between the spokes can be drilled out with ever enlarging holes (using larger and larger bits). Once the hub is removed and the bits of plastic washed and picked out the shower head can be reattached to your hose. The water pressure is great; however, there is still no pause on this shower head so it wastes a lot of water, with or without the flow constrictor. I have a Waterpick which had better water pressure and the much needed pause feature. If you can still return this Moen 26000 Magnetix, that might serve you best. Good luck!
Question:	Why is it necessary to use the moen positemp(r) pressure-balancing control valve to control temperature with this shower head
Answer:	EP Model stands for Eco-Performance, and is a different product which has about 20% less water output. It has 2.0gpm for the EP versus 2.5gpm for the Original model.

Answer:	Hose is about 60 inches, from connector on wall to the connector at the base of the handle. (That is, the hose, alone, is about 60 inches.) the handle adds another 8 inches.

Answer:	Hello and thank you for your interest in the Moen 23046BRB Banbury 5-Spray Hand Shower, 4", Mediterranean Bronze. The finishes are different. Oil Rubbed Bronze is A Dark Rose Toned Old World Finish with Rich light & dark Copper/Rose toned accents. Mediterranean Bronze is a Dark Brown Old World Finish w/black overtone and bright Copper highlights.
Question:	Is the bar metal? What type
Answer:	It is a PLASTIC hose and the shower head and handle BOTH feel to be plastic even though the description says it is metal!
Question:	Moen typically doesn't include everything that's needed to install. Does this have all the necessary parts
Answer:	The hose included is not the hose pictured in the Amazon description. The hose pictured is an extremely flexible hose of good quality (I have one on another shower head). The hose received is an inexpensive plastic hose that is too stiff to straighten out after being bent from packaging, even after running hot water through it.
