Question:	Is the magnet hard to disengage? Don’t want to loosen connections
Answer:	I am wondering myself. It looks like one model goes by the series name "Engage" and the other by the series name "Attract". There is a Youtube video for Engage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvyKYaLaxBE and one for Attract: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O01e4SrmLsg The only difference I can make is that "Attract" is trade-marked (TM). It looks like both are 2 gallon per minute. On the videos, the Attract seems a bit easier to use with the selection of sprays through a button rather than the dial. The collar above the hand-held shower that allows it to "sit" on the fixed magnetic support seems bigger, and probably thus easier to return to the fixed dock when you have shampoo in your eyes. It may be that sellers are using the same photo of the Attract model on the older Engage model. I will go for the Attract model 26112SRN.
Question:	Would a 4" shower arm (pipe coming out of the wall) be adequate or does it need to be
Answer:	There are 6 settings and some of them have higher pressure than others. The main setting, which is the wide spray, has the best balance of coverage and pressure. However, if you go to the most narrow spray, you can clean the shower or really get a good massage with it.Regarding the product, the hose is metal and the shower head itself is plastic with a chrome metallic finish. It is both durable and light-weight, making it very easy to handle.
Question:	Is there a restrictor that can be removed
Answer:	The green cross restrictor is located in the bottom of the shower head. Just unscrew it from the hose and you will see it in the head. Use tweezers or like instrument to remove the metal circle, the white plastic cross and then the green restrictor. It all pops out so easily. Screw the head back onto hose. No leaks. It's all so easy!
Question:	How can I remove the restrictor
Answer:	It is not recommended because the water restrictor is built into the bottom of the handheld where it connects to the hose. If you tried to remove it, it would require breaking a small piece that looks like a cross and retains the restrictors. This could lead to the shower head leaking from the point where it connects to the hose.

Answer:	The water feed is through the pipe from the wall. There is then a three-way diverter with settings for large head only, both heads and small portable head only. If you use the both heads setting there is a slight loss of pressure. Have not found it to be very much of a drop, even at the both setting plenty of pressure for rinsing hair. Have made the pressure modification others refer to and my semi-scientific tests shows water usage almost equal due to shorter shower time. Easy to switch the flow diverter without looking. Have been pleased with product.

The hose received is an inexpensive plastic hose that is too stiff to straighten out after being bent from packaging, even after running hot water through it.
