Answer:	The UP arrow switches it back and forth between 12 hour and 24 hour mode, depending on what you prefer. The DOWN arrow toggles back and forth between fahrenheit to celsius if you were wondering about that too.

Answer:	Sounds like you are doing it correctly. Click and hold the SET till the hour flashes. Then just click SET once to get the minutes to flash then a second time and the year flashes '2021' where the hour and minutes used to be. If yours does not show the year it must be defective.

Answer:	I work outside, so my temp reading is outside. However, if you use this indoors, then it should be the temperature inside. Should give accurate temp either way!

Answer:	Susan, try this. With the suction cup loose from the wall and the shower hose in the bapai, twist the whole unit to the left or right till you get your desired angle before re-attaching it to the wall. Try not to go too far ether direction, to keep shower head from falling out of the holder. You can also adjust the direction somewhat by how you place the hose in the holder ----Hope this helps. Answer:	Yes - mine actually pealed off the wall with the shower head holder after only one month. It's to thin and flimsy to support the weight.

Answer:	I cleaned the tile area well with tile cleaner , ie soap scum or other . I then covered the rubber cup with instant glue pressed it hard and snapped the leavers instructed. I do not believe that it will come off unless cut it off.
