Question:	What shower filter is used with this shower head
Answer:	I used the one that came with the shower head.
Question:	Is the hose flexible enough? some are stiff and hit the wall or self when moving it around. also, can anyone give comparison on 2.0 and 2.5 gpm
Answer:	The hose is quite flexible. I have never had any problems with it stiffening like some others and becoming difficult to use until you figure out what went wrong. It never causes a problem. They manage to squeeze it into a small package, so it must be very flexible. The difference between 2.0 and 2.5 is not that much. The first thing you need to know is how much water is coming through the pipe. These gpm numbers are limits to save water. Many water supplies are under 2 gpm so the limits aren't even reached. One way to find out what your water pressure is to time how long it takes for your toilet to refill after you flush it (if you know how much water it uses per flush).

Answer:	i purchased this item based on previous answer -- i wanted a 6' hose. THIS IS A 5' HOSE!
Question:	does this just screw onto the existing shower in my tub or do I need to have someone install it
Answer:	Screws directly onto the shower pipe coming out of the wall. I used plumbers tape although instructions read that the tape is un- necessary. Make sure you hand tighten the different connecting points on the device (one example is where the hose enters the shower head. That hose connection may not be completely tight. If not completely tight that connection may drip). Easy and simple to install. 5-10 minutes, tops. No need for a installer.

Question:	When using the wand, can you switch the flow of water off/on? I.e. is there a button on the wand that controls the water flow
Answer:	The button on the wand only switches it from Hi pressure to Low pressure. No off possition. And there is a valve control on the shower head that transferes the water to the wand and back to the head.

Answer:	I was surprised when i purchased the shower head and wand that it did not come with a holder for the wand
Question:	Is the fixed head so that you cannot tip it down for a short person? How is a short person supposed to turn the different functions
Answer:	The shower head on this unit has the ability to tilt up and down which includes the ability to move left and right. This, of course, is accomplished by using your hands to grasp the shower head and moving it where you need it. To adjust the spray hold the head in place with one hand while you move the spray adjuster with your other hand. If you are too short to reach the shower head you'll have to resort to the hand wand. Answer:	Don't bother w/ slip on types, they'll just come off while you use it. You must determine how to remove your present spout, they make replacements that have a connector for your Waterpik.

Answer:	If you are referring to the gallons per minute options, no, the shower head is not different. The gallons per minute difference is an internal component. This is a great shower head.

Answer:	The connection is flexible so it can be raised high. I'm 5' 4" so I keep mine low. I have a friend about 6" and he keeps his a lot higher. I love this shower head.

Answer:	Yes you can installed as a handheld and not adapter needed.
Question:	Can anyone tell me exactly where the flow restrictor is and what it looks like so I can remove it? Thank you so much
Answer:	Since the manual was published, the appearance of the flow restrictor has changed, and it's more difficult to remove. Although it is still in the same location at one end of the hose as pictured, it now consists of a white plastic x-ring retaining a smaller black o-ring inserted onto an orange plastic flow regulator. Once you unscrew the grey plastic filter and rubber washer covering it with needlenose pliers and set them aside, the best removal tool for grabbing, yanking out and getting rid of that entire flow restrictor assembly underneath that I've described is by piercing the whole thing with a winebottle corkscrew and pulling it out. Then screw the grey filter back in tight, gently tuck the rubber washer back down around it. Now screw the other end of that hose to your shower arm and hand tighten. Then screw the showerhead to the hose and hand tighten. Enjoy!

Answer:	My recollection is that the angled plate behind the "swivel" will unscrew and you can take it apart. So I think you can gently place your fingers on the back (the part that faces the wall" and unscrew that plate. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Answer:	I do not know what you mean by "heat resisting hose" ? It is a shower head meant to be used taking a shower. It can be used in any bathroom tub/shower with "normal" hot water settings from any hot water heater. I would not use it for any industrial type of application.
