Answer:	Hi Catherine! There are 3 common types of Whey; Whey Protein Concentrate- WPC, Whey Protein Isolate- WPI and Whey Protein Hydrolysate- WPH. WPC has low levels of fat and carbs with anywhere from 30-90% of protein content. WPI has had all fat and carbs removed and usually contains at least 90% protein. While WPH is pretty much predigested which just means this form is easily absorb. Also just FYI, WPH is good for allergy sufferers because of its decreased allergen potential. Hope this helps. The ingredients are: cold-processed cross flow icrofiltered why protein isolate, natural flavor, cocoa powder (natural process), xanthan fum. lecithin (from non-GMO sunflower seeds) and stevia.Subscription to Consumer Lab is well worth it - a huge amount of testing and keeps companies on their toes including the bigger ones like Costco and the smaller ones too. The chief officer of CL's has been on OZ several times now and I believe it will keep companies improving their products. Be reassured the $$ spent on Jay Robb are worth every penny. Answer:	I’ve only tried the chocolate and I don’t like it.

Answer:	I have not used the unflavored one in this brand, however I have used other non flavored egg white protein powders and they have no flavor which is ideal for cooking and baking. This brand is a good product, therefore the unflavored one has to be good as all the other items.

Answer:	I wouldn't buy the unflavored version at all. You'd think that it would have no flavor, but that is a wrong assumption. It has a weird taste, which will change the flavor of your green drink. I'm not sure if the vanilla flavor would be better, but I'd try it anyway. At least if you don't like it with the green drink, it will taste great with fruit shakes.

Question:	Does This have a pulsating massage option for the hand held? It says so in the description but not in pictures
Answer:	Its a mist and does not contact with any force(or retain its heat for that matter unless you use the handheld closer to your body). All the setting have the same water flow through the assembly. The pressure(in gallons per minute) is regulated when the water enters the assembly and then its dispersed by the setting.
Question:	Can I get this in bronze color
Answer:	Yes, the main head had a pivot head and the hand held can be angled and twisted in its holster.
Question:	Where is the diverter switch to send the water to the hand held device
Answer:	As long as the standard shower arm is 1" in diameter. Here is the dimensions so you can measure your shower space to make sure it will fit: 13.5 x 6.5 x 4.5 inches
Question:	Does the handheld have a pause button
Answer:	For me it does have nice pressure. It was better than the unit I had before. We like it.

Question:	When using the wand, can you switch the flow of water off/on? I.e. is there a button on the wand that controls the water flow
Answer:	The button on the wand only switches it from Hi pressure to Low pressure. No off possition. And there is a valve control on the shower head that transferes the water to the wand and back to the head.
Question:	Is there a suction cup holder that will fit the hand held wand? I've already tried two different ones and both were too small
Answer:	I was surprised when i purchased the shower head and wand that it did not come with a holder for the wand
Question:	Is the fixed head so that you cannot tip it down for a short person? How is a short person supposed to turn the different functions
Answer:	The shower head on this unit has the ability to tilt up and down which includes the ability to move left and right. This, of course, is accomplished by using your hands to grasp the shower head and moving it where you need it. To adjust the spray hold the head in place with one hand while you move the spray adjuster with your other hand. If you are too short to reach the shower head you'll have to resort to the hand wand. Hope this helps.
Question:	How do you remove the water restrictors
Answer:	This waterpik has high pressure. Removing a water restriction is not needed
