Question:	How does the bar install
Answer:	I broke my carafe while I was drying it. I did not hit it on anything or drop it, just dried it. The glass cracked where the handle attached to the pot. I felt this was strange and tried to reach someone at the Brim customer service number. After 6 attempts and and holding on until their system disconnected me each time. I gave up . I was able to find a universal pot on amazon. On amazon search for a Brim carafe and then look for the universal pot. To be sure of the right one, measure your old one if you can. The Universal carafe I received came with two lids. The box my replacement came in had too many labels on it for me to be sure which one was the correct one. If I remember correctly, the base was 4" inner base and 6" outer base. It was just over 6" in height. I think that is what the 2 lids are about. Good luck on finding a replacement. I didn't get any help from Brim.

Answer:	Depends on your definition of premium. It definitely feels sturdy. I usually have the strap across my chest like a messenger bag. This is more comfortable, but results in more tension in the strap itself. Even though it was a tighter fit, the design of the strap is such that it is evenly distributed and is not painful in anyway. I also did not see any stitching looking like it might fail. Mind you I shoot with a Canon AE-1 Program (film camera) and it is heavier than a typical DSLR. In my opinion, this is a worthy camera strap.

Question:	problem with installation: my contractor installed but doesn't fit against tile- there is a gap and bar jiggles- Help
Answer:	It should be tight against the tile. Try tightening the set screws that are on the top of the top mount and bottom of the bottom mount with a 3mm hex key (allen wrench) while pushing the bar ends against the wall. If that doesn't work, loosen those set screws, remove the bar and bar ends and check that the mounting brackets are secure to the wall. If loose, you will need to tighten or re-anchor the mounting brackets and then put it back together. Your contractor really should come back and install it properly, but if you don't have that option, you will need to follow these steps or hire someone else to do the work.

Answer:	The adjustment knob can be loosened to raise or lower the height of the shower head. The shower head can be turned left or right in the head holding bracket without turning the the adjustment knob. The head can be lifted out of the bracket to use as a hand held shower. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes. You can use just the overhead rainshower, use the hand-held by itself, or both at the same time. This system is VERY versatile.

Answer:	You can not run both at the same time. There is a valve between the two heads. It’s either one or the other. But we took the water saver valve out of the rain head and it has perfect pressure. Actually both of them do.
