Question:	What shower filter is used with this shower head
Answer:	I used the one that came with the shower head.
Question:	Is the hose flexible enough? some are stiff and hit the wall or self when moving it around. also, can anyone give comparison on 2.0 and 2.5 gpm
Answer:	The hose is quite flexible. I have never had any problems with it stiffening like some others and becoming difficult to use until you figure out what went wrong. It never causes a problem. They manage to squeeze it into a small package, so it must be very flexible. The difference between 2.0 and 2.5 is not that much. The first thing you need to know is how much water is coming through the pipe. These gpm numbers are limits to save water. Many water supplies are under 2 gpm so the limits aren't even reached. One way to find out what your water pressure is to time how long it takes for your toilet to refill after you flush it (if you know how much water it uses per flush).

Answer:	i purchased this item based on previous answer -- i wanted a 6' hose. THIS IS A 5' HOSE!
Question:	does this just screw onto the existing shower in my tub or do I need to have someone install it
Answer:	Screws directly onto the shower pipe coming out of the wall. I used plumbers tape although instructions read that the tape is un- necessary. Make sure you hand tighten the different connecting points on the device (one example is where the hose enters the shower head. That hose connection may not be completely tight. If not completely tight that connection may drip). Easy and simple to install. 5-10 minutes, tops. No need for a installer.

Answer:	Waterpik's answer - "up to 10 gallons per minute" is going to be the best answer, they have a phone number, 800-525-2774 (USA) in case you need more help. My water pressure is way below 60 psi, so any answer from me would be an estimate based on flow rate formulas (try engineering dot stackexchange dot com).

Answer:	I uninstalled and re-installed mine 6 months ago. Had the same problem. As I remember there is a release tab on the right side underneath near the back of the seat where the electrical cord comes out. Hope this helps!

Question:	When using the wand, can you switch the flow of water off/on? I.e. is there a button on the wand that controls the water flow
Answer:	The button on the wand only switches it from Hi pressure to Low pressure. No off possition. And there is a valve control on the shower head that transferes the water to the wand and back to the head.
Question:	Is there a suction cup holder that will fit the hand held wand? I've already tried two different ones and both were too small
Answer:	I was surprised when i purchased the shower head and wand that it did not come with a holder for the wand
Question:	Is the fixed head so that you cannot tip it down for a short person? How is a short person supposed to turn the different functions
Answer:	The shower head on this unit has the ability to tilt up and down which includes the ability to move left and right. This, of course, is accomplished by using your hands to grasp the shower head and moving it where you need it. To adjust the spray hold the head in place with one hand while you move the spray adjuster with your other hand. If you are too short to reach the shower head you'll have to resort to the hand wand. Hope this helps.

Question:	Can somebody tell me how to increase the water pressure? Is there a restrictor I could remove
Answer:	I have not wanted an increase in water pressure, however, I have been told that there maybe an insert that can be removed, so it is best to inspect the device when you receive it. Water restrictions are different for each country so manufacturers do not list this information it is up to the consumer to eye-ball the device to inspect if there is a restrictor and remove it.
Question:	My shower pipe comes out from the wall then bends to face straight down and is not angled like your typical shower pipe. Would this still work
Answer:	Yes, the easiest way to make this work is to purchase a pipe extension that will allow you to adjust the position of the shower head pipe before attaching the rain head. Look at several and purchase one that fits the style and functionality of the head you are trying to install. Answer:	so easy a caveman can do it. very easy to follow instructions, small crescent wrench required. Super simple to install, less than 5 minutes.
Question:	Does this deliver good water pressure
Answer:	So long as you have decent water pressure to start with you should be ok. I have excellent water pressure and I have to turn the outside faucet down some to use this. I prefer using the smaller spray because of the splash back (they don't stand still) and it's more concentrated, very, very thick fur to wet and rinse (Alaskan Malamutes double coat with hair 6 to 10 inches long). I really like the on/off feature, there is a bit of a dribble when it's in the off position but I'm outside so it doesn't matter.

Answer:	No, the water only comes out through either the hose nozzle or the shower head, depending on which way the switch is turned.

Answer:	We purchased the AVAbay Polished Chrome Faucet Diverter Valve (ASIN: B07MHJQK9Q) sold by Amazon to connect to a utility sink in our garage with a single handle faucet (similar to far right photo posted by seller). We were able to easily connect it to our Waterpik PPR-252E Pet Wand Pro shower sprayer which did not come with this part. Now that everything is installed, we are pleased with the products.

Answer:	No...the head is fixed to the flex hose! But the head that is on it works great and has some very nice settings on it. The wife is in love with it!!

Answer:	This shower head is great because it can be manipulated to your specific needs. From higher to lower and from side to side. The stem is completely flexible. You will have no issues diverting it.

Answer:	When it comes to the waterpik, this is accurate. I am currently living in a rural area where water pressure is not very strong. With the optiflow feature you would have no idea that it is a low pressure water source. There is not better shower head on the market. period.
Question:	What is the main difference(s) between the NML-603(S) Linea 6-Mode Showerhead VS. the NSL-603 Power Spray Flex Neck Showerhead
Answer:	The two models are identical internally, but the NSL 603 has rubber nozzles and the NML 603 has hard plastic nozzles. According to the Waterpik customer representative, the NSL 603 is easier to clean. Any model with an (S) after it is a water Saver. Uses less water and has less pressure.
