Question:	I like a lot of pressure my husband not so much. Is this easily adjustible to suit both our needs
Answer:	Absolutely. This is the best shower head I have been able to find that offers easily adjustable pressure. I took out the flow restrictor inside of the shower head before I installed which allowed for super strong pressure when needed and light pressure at the twist of the lever on the side. Honestly - this is the best shower head I have ever owned. Everyone that has used it at my house seems to agree as well.
Question:	The s-2251 & the s-2252 appear to be identical. so why pay $163.49 for the s-2251 when this one (s-2252) is roughly half the price
Answer:	The two aren't identical, the 2251 had 8 nozzles while the 2252 has 6. You pay more for the 8 but from reviews I've read suggest 6 nozzles deliver a heavier, stronger overall flow. I have the 2252 and it's a delight!!! I'm guessing neither will disappoint you.
Question:	whats the diffrents between the 2.0GPM and
Answer:	This is a high pressure showerhead only if 80 Pounds per Square Inch is supplied through the water pipe to your house. If 35 Pounds per Square Inch pressure is supplied through the water pipe to your house this and every other showerhead will be a low pressure showerhead. Thanks to the State of California the standardized showerhead test conditions for Gallons Per Minute is 80 PSI. If you have 35 PSI pressure supplied to your home The real flow rate out of your standardized tested 2.5GPM showerhead will be closer to 1.25 gallons measured into a 5 gallon bucket in one minute. Now again, thanks to the State of California the 2.0 GPM and 2.5 GPM showerheads will no longer be sold. Good luck rinsing the soap off your back side.

Question:	on this waterpik product, is the hose and the plumber's tape included, or must they be bought separately
Answer:	Hello Jeanne Derer- The unit does come with a hose, but no plumbers tape. Plumbers tape should only be used when it is a metal to metal connection. This would be plastic to metal so tape or putty should not be used.
Question:	Is this shower head BPA free inside and out
Answer:	Hello Scio - Although there is no polycarbonate material present in our products, polycarbonate material may be present in the same facility and/or manufacturing equipment used to produce the raw materials and/or finished product.
Question:	Where is the pause button
Answer:	I checked mine and do not see a pause button. I think the write-up on Amazon is wrong. Waterpik's website does not say anything about a pause button for this model..........you can see it here: https://www.waterpik.com/shower-head/products/hand-held/ecoflow/ECO-563/
Question:	Is the plastic durable
Answer:	Depends on who you ask. Some people have reviewed it and said the plastic is "cheap", but as far as I can tell the plastic is durable. I think people who say it is cheap are comparing it directly to metal, and in that instance of -course- plastic is going to seem more "cheap", because it's not metal! But for what the plastic is, I find it durable and decently constructed.
