Answer:	yes! ours burst in middle of night while we were sleeping. gushing water all night long. ruined hardwood floors and leaked to basement. $30k of damage. insurance company says the filters are known to do this. ours cracked on the bottom. the company says you need to replace filters regularly so they aren't liable. i say bulls*t. we just assumed if we didn't replace it, that we were drinking unfiltered water. we didn't realize that if you are held hostage to replace regularly otherwise the filter could literally burst open on the bottom and flood your house.
Question:	whats the diffrents between the 2.0GPM and
Answer:	I know that if you have hard water, it takes alot of minerals out and also if your water has a chlorine taste, this really makes a differrence in the taste of my water. I wouldn't be without it.

Answer:	My husband is 6'10" and 280 lbs, it is wide enough to cover him. When you move, you will take this shower head to your next place.
Question:	Does the 2251 have a water saver washer in the unit. I don't seem to have enough pressure in my head
Answer:	Yes it does. I recommend you remove it, But you do not want to remove the rubber O Ring since that negates the need for your using plumbers tape. Take the O Ring out and with an awl then pry off the white plastic piece which is the water restrictor. Put the O Ring back in and you're done.
Question:	whats the difference between 2251 and
Answer:	I want to note that I have both the 2252 (6 sprays) and 2251 (8) shower heads on two different showers. The 2252 has stronger pressure.

Answer:	Pressure comes from your pipe / plumbing system. The shower head is just the apparatus that filters and sprays the water. For 20+ years, I blamed the poor water pressure on the old building when in fact it was one poor shower head purchase after another. I standby this shower head. Definitely an item I'd recommend to everyone and anyone interested based on performance.

Answer:	Absolutely. This is the best shower head I have been able to find that offers easily adjustable pressure. I took out the flow restrictor inside of the shower head before I installed which allowed for super strong pressure when needed and light pressure at the twist of the lever on the side. Honestly - this is the best shower head I have ever owned. Everyone that has used it at my house seems to agree as well.
Question:	what is the size of the connection, and is the thread on the connection fine? I need 3/4", fine thread
Answer:	The two aren't identical, the 2251 had 8 nozzles while the 2252 has 6. You pay more for the 8 but from reviews I've read suggest 6 nozzles deliver a heavier, stronger overall flow. I have the 2252 and it's a delight!!! I'm guessing neither will disappoint you.

Answer:	This is a high pressure showerhead only if 80 Pounds per Square Inch is supplied through the water pipe to your house. If 35 Pounds per Square Inch pressure is supplied through the water pipe to your house this and every other showerhead will be a low pressure showerhead. Thanks to the State of California the standardized showerhead test conditions for Gallons Per Minute is 80 PSI. If you have 35 PSI pressure supplied to your home The real flow rate out of your standardized tested 2.5GPM showerhead will be closer to 1.25 gallons measured into a 5 gallon bucket in one minute. Now again, thanks to the State of California the 2.0 GPM and 2.5 GPM showerheads will no longer be sold. Good luck rinsing the soap off your back side.

Answer:	Yes it will. Just tack the nails inside the crease and work it out with the slide hammer. I pulled out very large creases and dents. The only other way to fix a crease is with a hammer and dolly. Which is not possible sometimes due to metal bracing behind the area. This is a great tool. Very happy with mine.

Answer:	I would contact the company directly for the answer. I am not an electrician or an electrical professional. I will add my OBSERVATIONS: The stud gun does not trip a 120v/15amp circuit breaker. So that tells me the gun operates at less than 15amps. Since "Watts = Amps x Volts," that means 1800watts at 120v/15amps. Also to consider, 240v is 50Hz (the "frequency") while 120v is 60Hz. A transformer does not change the frequency. Again, I recommend contacting the company directly with your question.

Answer:	The better question is "Which is better for a shower head? Metal or plastic?" Remember, you're not using this thing to pound nails, you're running water through it. As for the plating processes: Plastic can not be chrome plated without first being dipped in copper sulfate. When you have so many "metals" in a water media, there is a tendency for the metals to plate to an adjacent surface that is more "negative". Speakman noticed that decades ago, and stopped plating the nozzles. Because they work better un-plated. If you notice, most are solid black plastic, while the larger ones are solid brass. Plastic, in this application, may in fact perform better!
Question:	arm and trim included
Answer:	I have the s-2005-hb, and I can only speak to the one I have. In looking them up online though, it looks as though the main difference is that the hb has a sort of lip around the shower head, whereas the h is a sleeker, unlipped model. I really do love the one I have, but I doubt you could go wrong with either model!
Question:	how you manipulate shower head functions(join the center jets
Answer:	The head does swivel a small amount. Due to the size of the head. I have it in a single inclosed shower and was able to get it pointed down enough for most. If you are 5 feet or shorter it might be spraying in your face in a small shower.
Question:	Why does it come with 3 options for gpm (1.75, 2.0, and 2.5)? Is it possible to buy a gpm that is too high for my shower or water pressure
Answer:	Proceed as previous posts detail, i.e remove screen and set aside, but instead of grinding away at the entire plastic flow reducer with a 1/4" bit I used a 3/16" bit and punched through the flow reducer diaphragm. There's much less debris. less chance of damaging the unit, and the flow and pressure are more than adequate.

Question:	Is there a way to remove the flow restrictor
Answer:	Other than backing up to the supporting arm, it tilts in every direction with an approximately 20 degree tilt, enough to be able to spray out of the shower a little if it goes to far in the direction of a standard-height sliding shower enclosure. We keep ours level with the floor.
Question:	Is showerhead adjustable or fixed in place? Thank you
Answer:	I bought one a few years ago on Amazon and had it shipped to California, however California has recently changed the acceptable flow rates. The current California showerhead standard is 2.5 gallons per minute. CalGreen code, the California plumbing code and the voluntary WaterSense specification are all 2.0 gallons per minute
Question:	Does it come with the hose
Answer:	Sure can. All it takes is putting a standard two way diverter valve in the main arm of the shower. That way you can use either the rainhead (main), or the handheld. The valve pulls up for diverted stream, (handheld), or down for main stream, (rainhead).
Question:	how do you change the settings on this model
Answer:	NO, it does not come with the arm shown in the photo. That arm in the (misleading) photo is called, "Moen S113 Waterhill 14-Inch Replacement Extension Curved Shower Arm, Chrome". We purchased the arm that is RECOMMENDED AND SOLD BY AMAZON FOR USE with this showerhead, along with the additional charge of $65.87 for "expert installation." (We paid for the installation because I had not planned on being home that day but fortunately I was, otherwise he would have refused to do the installation and we would have been charged anyway) The guy/ "expert" who came to do the install did not have all the tools necessary to complete the job, and, being too short to reach the faucet, you would think he would bring a small step ladder to facilitate him completing his job as, an "expert". WRONG, he needed to borrow ours, which normally would be no big deal, but then he refused to install the arm and said that was not included with installation, only the showerhead. *His attitude was snotty and disdainful which did not improve the situation. Why in Gods name would Amazon sell this as a unit, as well as suggest you buy both items (in "frequently sold together" section of item description) and then refuse to do the installation??!!? I had to install the Moen Waterhill 14-Inch Replacement Extension Curved Shower Arm by myself - using my tools - while the idiot "expert" stood there and watched. Had I not been there, he would have left and we would have been charged anyway. Since I had to install the arm, I may as well have installed the showerhead - with less aggravation - and saved us the $65. VERY BAD SERVICE and I do not/not recommend anyone purchasing the "expert" installation through Amazon. Spend $15 on a vice grip pliers and do it yourself. I was so irritated with him that I forgot to drill out the water restrictor so now I have to take apart and reinstall, thus adding to frustration and disgust with the installation, even though that was a ding on me by expecting someone who was squared away to show up and handle the job. The flow is not that great, so I'll be drilling today. Live and Learn, hopefully this post will save others from the same aggravation that poor and short sighted Amazon policy caused.

I am moving from Seattle to Arizona soon and intend to take the shower head with me! Simply, you can rotate the unit and a different stream pattern comes out at a different rate (PATENTED). If you have adequate water pressure at your house there is no problem. I was told by my plumber, who installed it, the Speakman is highly rated and at some fancy hotels. Anyway, buy it and enjoy. Answer:	It does not come with the arm. I got the arm superstition from Home Depot for around $5. Same color and style. You can go to Homedepot.com and check the price there. Make sure it is the same size .

Answer:	I choose the 14" arm (Moen S113 Waterhill 14-Inch Shower Arm) and it seems to work well considering the size of the shower head...

Answer:	Yes, it has a 360 degree swivel. I am 6'1", the stream can hit my lower back to top of my head. It has 4-5 different patterns. So far I have left the flow restricter in (CA Water Drought), but tempted to take it out. Nice shower, only run across one shower I have liked more, and I think that is more attributal to the pressure and not the showerhead
