Question:	how can i get the swivel to work? it is extremely tight to move at all
Answer:	I measured diameter including threads as 13/16 inch.
Question:	How far to the side can you direct the shower head
Answer:	When you push the button it goes in and looks slanted like / and the water sprays out until you push the button back straight. So you don't have to hold the button down for it to continue spraying.
Question:	Does this company supplied the ball gaskets when they start to leak
Answer:	Yes this spray head does fit, though not perfectly. The black threaded section is longer than the original and is not covered by the hose end that screws on. The spray head works fine and the black is really not noticeable.
Question:	How is this different from psb101 that is also listed on amazon
Answer:	Yes. A bit smaller then original but it’s not noticeable when it’s on the faucet.

Question:	What is GPM
Answer:	Just connect it between the shower arm and showerhead, it will be moved (operating) well.
Question:	Can the rainfall head and the moveable shower head be on at the same time
Answer:	I don’t know exactly how to answer your question, but it’s a very flexible joint. There’s lots of movement in all directions (within the confines of a bath/shower stall).
Question:	My shower will come on and then cut off after running a minute or so by itself what could be the problem
Answer:	I do not know. When I installed mine I used Teflon plumbers tape as an added measure to protect from leaks. Regarding the ball joint seal I would think that it would last a long time, as long as the water pressure from the street isn’t too high, and you keep your shower head clean and occasionally soak it in vinegar to get rid of the hard water deposits.
Question:	Someone mentioned this shower faucet has lead in it. Is that true? Also, does it come with the diverter valve
Answer:	I emailed KES to ask this question. They replied: "PSB101 is the short model and the PSB100 is the long one, except for the different lengths, there is no difference in the water flow rate or other aspects of these two products."
