Answer:	Thank you for your question. This is due to power supply. Please make sure you are using at least a 12v 1amp power supply.

Answer:	Not sure how you would put this at the bottom of a door ( you would step on it all the time ) but yes you could have two locks on one power supply . The lock draws 1/2 amp at 12v , so you would need a 1 amp supply to run 2 locks ( 3-5 amp supplies are pretty common and would be fine to use ) supply must be great or equal to demand , never less .
Question:	What is the physical measurement from the back wall mount surface to the internal threaded pipe entrance? I need a spout that has 3-5/8, or NG
Answer:	When the power goes off the mag lock unlocks. To overcome this a ups battery back up device must be connected to the mag locks so the lock stays on when power goes off.

Answer:	The lock only works when the magnet has power to it. If you put a inline switch on the power feed, when the switch is off there will be no power to the magnet/lock and the lock will not hold the door .

Answer:	I would try wrapping some pipe tape around the pipe.

Answer:	We apologize for any inconvenience. Product instruction is not included in it. You can follow below steps to install the tub spout. At first you need to remove the old tub spout and clean up the pipe. Second, thread the tub spout on the pipe with allen wrench. The outside diameter of the pipe need to be 5/8”. The minimum of the pipe is 1-1/2” and 3” will be the max length of the pipe.
Question:	Where are the instructions
Answer:	It doesn't come with instructions. Turn your existing spout a quarter turn to the left and see whether you have the type that this will fit. You should see a screw on the bottom of the existing spout if the new one will fit. That is what they provide the allen wrench for. remove the screw and this will allow you to pull straight off your existing spout. Put the new one on, tighten the screw, and return it to its proper alignment. It takes all of 5 minutes.
Question:	Water comes out the back when the diverter is used. Will some sort of gasket or wall plate fix this
Answer:	Dear customer At first, please make sure the cooper pipe outside diameter is 5/8” and the length is between 1-1/2” and 3”. The reason why water comes out the back may be installation problem. Cooper pipe cannot properly fit into tub spout.

Answer:	I don't think you would have a problem. You may have to shorten the copper pipe a bit. I had to hook mine to a 3/4 galvanized. It came with everything I needed to install mine. Although mine was different I think it will work for you. I like mine it stops the water very well when showering.

Answer:	I had to get a reducer for mine but it can be easy to install. You can easily make it work.

Answer:	I am not really sure exactly how much water this faucet will allow through it, however I can tell you that it is not a water saver faucet and that it can fill up my bathtub that has a totally open drain faster than the drain can suck the water down.

Answer:	WellI can tell you that my husband and I took the faucet parts with us to Lowe’s home improvement store and do to whom ever before we bought our mobile home Mickey Mouse Job they Created the sizes and fittings that were installed to create a bathtub faucet were not any sort of actual true parts for the faucet. This kit is the only kit we were able to purchase that actually contained every item we needed to be able to install the correct items and make the faucet usable again.

Question:	How long must the stub-out be to work with this product? My copper stub is short & was just short of sealing in the O-ring
Answer:	The stub outs should be between 1-1/2" and 2-7/8" from the face of the wall. If it is too long, just trim it. If it is too short, you'll have to remove the short stub and either sweat or thread a longer piece in it's place. If soldering, use as small a flame as possible, remove any insulation in the wall cavity, and stuff some wet rags into the wall cavity to prevent the drywall from igniting. Make sure you have plenty of light to see what you are doing and have a fire extinguisher handy too. Use a small, narrow vise grips to hold onto the old an new stubs while soldering. If you are not a handy type, then call a plumber to fix it for about $200.

Question:	The 0.64" outer diameter marked does not match the od of an 1/2" ips which is 0.84". in fact it does not match any ips size specification at all
Answer:	I’m not sure why you’re having problems with the thread matchup but my spout screwed on to my 1/2” ips pipe just fine. Swapping out the old spout with the new literally only took 5 minutes.

Answer:	Mine was a straight 1/2” copper pipe and worked well and that’s what it’s meant for so if your pipe is 1/2” diameter as it comes out of the wall for at least an inch and a half it should work.

Answer:	It depends on if you are using the slip method or the threaded method. I used the threaded method and it seems that with the male fitting it would need to be around 3.5 inches. Mine was longer and the spout is away from the wall and I'll need to take it off and shorten the pipe.

Question:	How do you turn the water on? Or where do you change from hot to cold
Answer:	If the faucet doesn't come with the handles you have to by your handles to match. The plumber will do any configurations that need to be done.
Question:	Does the tub spout come with a control handle if bought individually
Answer:	That you would have to read the specs on the spout. Each spout is individual. Some come with them and some don't.
Question:	Does this spout come with a valve? If not, which valve do I buy
Answer:	It doesn’t not come with a valve. What you see in the picture is what you get

Question:	Where do i get the inner parts for this spout
Answer:	It was easier/cheaper to go this route....Danco 9D00089249 Universal Diverter Spout, Brushed Nickel. It has the " inner parts" and matches well with the Delta line.
Question:	Will this faucet work on the Delta 600 series
Answer:	Thank you for your question! This tub spout threads directly at the nose of the spout. The 600 Series models came with a spout that uses an adapter which sweats onto a 1/2" copper pipe or thread onto a 1/2" nipple (such as RP5834SS) or slip onto a 1/2" copper pipe (such as RP19820SS). Question:	Does this spout have the tread tward front by diverter? I have pipe coming out of wall about 5 inches with a treaded end. Thanks
Answer:	I need to see a picture of the inside of this faucet
Question:	I just went to install mine and found it to have no innard parts or set screw. Is this how it should be
Answer:	I used the old innard parts with the set screw from my old spout. I had to file it down to get the set screw to line up properly with the spout. If you have a slip-on spout and can't reuse the old innards, you can get Delta RP64721, which includes the innards and is identical to this one, but is 7" long. The other option to get this spout to work with a bare slip on copper pipe would be to purchase Delta RP33794, which is a slip on to threaded converter.
