Answer:	I Ordered mine on January 26, 2016 and it works great on a square spout (as long as it does not have a diverter) if you soak it hot water before installing to soften the rubber and make it more pliable.

Answer:	It is made for use on a tub spout. It can not be used on a sink tap.
Question:	have a delta tub faucet 2 inches diameter at the spout. will this fit
Answer:	2" will be tough. My faucet has a big "knob" (1 3/8")at the end that really helps this stay on, but my faucet neck is about 1 1/4. The hole in the adapter is only about 1.25" in dia and the rubber is pretty stiff. We have noticed that when you run real hot water through the sprayer, the rubber gets a lot softer. you might be able to do it if you put the adapter in real hot water before you put it on. We put a towel over the faucet to keep any water from squirting out and it works great

Answer:	Dear customer Thanks for your question. There is no restrictor in the shower system. There is a stainless steel filter in the rain shower headconnector to the shower arm. You could try to clean it and remove it.

Answer:	It reads total sound pressure level over the total audio frequency spectrum. There is no frequency filtering.

Answer:	This device measures only the Sound Pressure Level. There is no frequency display, and it is basically uncalibrated. I think you would need something else.

Answer:	It's very good instrument. However I couldn't caliberate it with std. high profile equipment but as far as basic needs it can be trusted. I've been working on noise pollution of quarries in the Thane district. It was a great help to disqualify the claims quoted by entrepreneurs during my examination.

Question:	Seems like most of the faucet trim is made of plastic so now I have 2nd thoughts about buying it? Afraid it will look cheap or not last long
Answer:	What i did was put 2 high pressure ball valves and a 1/2in nipple one at the diverter at the tub spout and then i took the showerand hand held diverter off the shower head and put a ball valve to increase water pressure i can barely open the ball valve because it hurts so bad so you put the second high pressure ball valve on the shower arm no shower/handheld diverter put a nipplein and the n the shower head and then you can close one or open both but with the ball valves you control how much water you use and i turned the hot water heater all the way up if both nall balves are wide open you will deplete you hot water fast

Question:	How to stop the clunking noise ? Ive installed the water pressure valve and it makes the noise and now the water pressure is low
Answer:	Flow rate is determined by the shower head you use. You can use any brand of shower head which uses a 1/2" npt fitting (almost all of them) Most heads limit flow to 2-2.5 gpm. Most Delta heads have a plastic insert which can be removed to increase the flow. I believe the maximum water delivery of the valve itself is around 5gpm.
Question:	I do not need the rain head...only the watetfall tub faucet, hand held wand, water on/off/temperature/diverter. Price brushed nickle NO rain head

Answer:	Hello Brian Trezise, Thank you for your question!If you have a 1500 series with an escutcheon plate that has screw hole positions of 1 O'clock and 7 O'clock position you can use the T17238-SS trim. However, you will not be able to use the new multi choice valve cartridge that is included with the new trim. You will have to use the RP32104 1700 series cartridge. Answer:	We purchased the Moen 2510 Monticello PosiTemp 1/2-Inch IPS Valve to go with tis unit - works great with a shower head. Not sure about the hand held shower - a plumber would help with that question. I am thinking you may need a different valve to toggle from on to the other.We purchased this unit: Delta 58471-RB-PK H2Okinetic® In2ition® 4-Setting Two-in-One Handshower Showerhead, Venetian Bronzeby DELTA FAUCET for another bathroom - has a hand held with the shower head. We've had it since May 2013 - love it! May be a good option.

Answer:	I received and reviewed this item on June 4, 2016. I said:"I just wanted to say that the part number and the photo are correct, but the description on this item is INCORRECT. This is a 'tub and shower' kit, even though the description reads 'shower only'. Just so you know."

Answer:	Yes.it includes everything in the picture. In the description, i believe it stated youneed to puchase the valve box separately. This goes in the wall and youwill need that in addition to this package
Question:	Is the hose metal or plastic? Saw some responses that said metal, others that said plastic
Answer:	At first the faucet bothered me because taking it out of the package it felt too light. But after it was installed it still looks good after a few months, and the shower head and hose look fine too. They match pretty well with the metal components, like the shower arm, valve cover plate, and valve handle. So at least they're supplying high quality plastic parts. We installed two of these valve / head / faucet kits, one for a shower and one for a whirlpool tub. No buyer's remorse so far.

HOW TO INSTALLTION THE TUB SPOUT (IMPORTANT)

Please install a 1/2NPT diameter water pipe（no thread）, Wrap Teflon tape on the water pipe (to prevent leakage), insert the water pipe into the connection port of the tub , and then fix the tub spout with a hexagon key.

Recommended length of water pipe out of the tile 2-3/4” Minimum to 4-1/4” Maximun.

NOTICE:the wrong size of the water pipe will not be able to complete the installation.
