Answer:	Yes I use it on well water. I do filter the well water as it comes into the house with a sediment filter. The unit does have a sediment filter on it so it would not be necessary. In my opinion.

Answer:	In short, yes you can do what you explain without any added pumps. Best thing for doing what you desire is to upgrade to a larger storage tank. This will allow you to run multiple lines without stress on the system for your demands. But as an example, with the standard 3gal tank, I have no problem with lines running over 10' above the tank and still have good pressure. Just doesn't last long with the small tank.Remember, this system makes a decent amount of waste water, so don't expect 10gal to go in and 10gal to come out. If you plan on using it throughout your house, the cost and water consumption will surprise you.

Proper installation of the handheld hose

If meet the problem that the spray head does not fit into the holder at all. The fitting on the end of the hose is too large to fit through the holder. Please check the picture ,if do wrong installation ,please change it ,Thank you

Answer:	Hello, I'm very sorry to hear you're having issues with water spots. Here is some basic cleaning and care information: Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains and calcium build up may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. Also take care to protect surfaces that may be damaged by vinegar. The white vinegar can stain porous stones like granite, limestone and marble. You can also use a cleaner called " bar keepers friend" which works very well with removing water spots. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: 409, Fantastic, or Windex, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub and Tile Cleaner, Lime Away and Soft Scrub. Question:	I've used shark bite fittings with thread tape but still have water leaking on both hot and cold sides. any suggestions on getting this fixed
Answer:	The cartridge insert is plastic (obviously). The shower head body is metal, and the inner diffuser is plastic. Everything else is metal. Delta is still the best product, and best product for money. Their SS products are excellent.
Question:	Is this product 100% brass and dtainless steel. No plastic
Answer:	Yes, this comes with the cartridge (the part the goes in the rough-in valve). You still need to have a rough-in valve like the Delta R10000-UNBXHF Multichoice Universal or similar installed to use this shower set.

Answer:	Yes, but we have had a heck of a time getting this shower head to get a tight seal. Spend the money on a well known brand. This thing is garbage... VERY cheaply made.

Answer:	Yes, that's how we used it. You need to pay attention to the height though - it is too short for a normal shower, but we bought 2 of the 12" extension pieces from the same seller and they fit just fine and made the shower the right height to work in our claw foot tub.
