Answer:	Depends on your definition of premium. It definitely feels sturdy. I usually have the strap across my chest like a messenger bag. This is more comfortable, but results in more tension in the strap itself. Even though it was a tighter fit, the design of the strap is such that it is evenly distributed and is not painful in anyway. I also did not see any stitching looking like it might fail. Mind you I shoot with a Canon AE-1 Program (film camera) and it is heavier than a typical DSLR. In my opinion, this is a worthy camera strap.

Answer:	Pressure comes from your pipe / plumbing system. The shower head is just the apparatus that filters and sprays the water. For 20+ years, I blamed the poor water pressure on the old building when in fact it was one poor shower head purchase after another. I standby this shower head. Definitely an item I'd recommend to everyone and anyone interested based on performance.

The REAL Spa Fire Hydrant Shower Heads can only be purchased on www.takeashower.com. It is the only place they sell their shower heads. Any that you see on Ebay, Amazon, etc are the phony ones. On takeashower.com they have a video explaining this along with other documents and info that explain all of this. The company is called Water Management. It is where I purchased mine. Answer:	The shower head only attaches to the shower arm. If your shower arm is plumbed to come out of the ceiling, then this will work.
Question:	Can this shower valve be installed in concrete block? I only found video installed with 2x4 wood
Answer:	I have several KES shower heads and have not noticed the water saving restriction. Since I haven't removed anything and have found them to work quite well, I'd proceed with the installation. It's easy enough to remove the shower head after installation is you should need to remove the restriction.
