Even though it was a tighter fit, the design of the strap is such that it is evenly distributed and is not painful in anyway. I also did not see any stitching looking like it might fail. Mind you I shoot with a Canon AE-1 Program (film camera) and it is heavier than a typical DSLR. In my opinion, this is a worthy camera strap.

Answer:	The shower head only attaches to the shower arm. If your shower arm is plumbed to come out of the ceiling, then this will work.
Question:	Can this shower valve be installed in concrete block? I only found video installed with 2x4 wood
Answer:	I have several KES shower heads and have not noticed the water saving restriction. Since I haven't removed anything and have found them to work quite well, I'd proceed with the installation. It's easy enough to remove the shower head after installation is you should need to remove the restriction.
