Answer:	Pther than if it was upside down, which i doubt, it is probably wrong piece. I don't see how it could be on wrong. Sorry i would contact them. It is a good shower head if you get the right pieces.

Answer:	The Teflon tape goes on the male threads of the pipe sticking out of the wall. Wrap it three to four times making sure to cover all the threads. The tape is not to protect the threads but to make a water tight seal between the male and female threads.

Answer:	I have not wanted an increase in water pressure, however, I have been told that there maybe an insert that can be removed, so it is best to inspect the device when you receive it. Water restrictions are different for each country so manufacturers do not list this information it is up to the consumer to eye-ball the device to inspect if there is a restrictor and remove it.
Question:	My shower pipe comes out from the wall then bends to face straight down and is not angled like your typical shower pipe. Would this still work

Answer:	Theoretically yes. The water that runs in the radiator and the water surrounding the radiator will have convection heat transfer. However for this device I would not immerse in water due to the corrosion build up. Tue radiator has simple thin coat of paint which does not look like electro coated nor primed for anticorrosion.
Question:	Does the "pause" work on both heads
Answer:	Because of bad translations or Engrish? I don't really know because there is no voltage rating involvedd. It is a small radiator that you put in your computer and run water or water/alcohol mix through it down to the CPU or other component you want to cool. The liquid is heated by the chip and then pumped to this radiator where a fan blows through it and cools the liquid back down - just like in a car, but much smaller.

Question:	can a hose, and what hose would I order on Amazon, be connected where the wand is - to extend to sink due to disability if can't use tub
Answer:	Someone else answered elsewhere. The 6' hose will reach the bottom of the shower/tub, but it's not long enough to reach out and around all sides of a dog. To allow that freedom of movement, I ordered (a couple of years ago here on Amazon.com) an "Inox Extended Length Stainless Steel Shower Hose - 100 inches (2.54 meters)." That made all the difference for washing the dogs.
Question:	Does it have an On/Off Button, and if so...is the button hard to press On & off??? (thinking of purchasing for a senior citizen & 8yr old child
Answer:	It doesn't have a button but you can turn the head so where it goes into the different types of sprays one of them is off. Well barely dripping. It isn't hard. My 9 and 10 year old mess around with the different water sprays all the time.
Question:	is it low flow or high flow
Answer:	Very low flow. The green screen at the base mentioned by reviewers is NOT the real flow restrictor. The real restrictor is a tiny hole about 1/8-inch diameter, molded deep inside a black tube in the handle. You can't access it without destroying the shower head. See one reviewer's photos comparing the flow restrictor to the size of a pencil point.
Question:	Need this for tall and short person, plus the dog. Will this work? Especially will this reach near the tub so the dog can be washed
Answer:	Amazon just delivered my shower head today and I opened the box to discover the outer product package say the hose is only 60" (5 ft), not 72" (6 ft) long. The link to the PDF spec sheet on the Amazon page even says the hose is 72". Love you Amazon, but you need to update the information for this product to avoid disappointing future buyers who bought this specifically for the extended hose length. Returning to Amazon.

Answer:	You unscrew the old one, wrap Teflon tape on the threads of the shower supply and you screw on the new on. Very simple. Go easy and do not cross thread when you screw Irvin and you’re gonna be good to go.
Question:	Is the flow regulator replaceable or removable
Answer:	I'm sorry I had to chuckle on this one. I didn't know if the shower head had a button to stop the flow. So I went and checked this out. The lever you use to slide rightbor left for different water pressure. Slide it all the way to the right (I believe) till it stops and sure enough the water doesn't come out. We both learned something new. I really enjoy this shower head. Pray you do too. Thanks.
