Question:	problem with installation: my contractor installed but doesn't fit against tile- there is a gap and bar jiggles- Help
Answer:	It should be tight against the tile. Try tightening the set screws that are on the top of the top mount and bottom of the bottom mount with a 3mm hex key (allen wrench) while pushing the bar ends against the wall. If that doesn't work, loosen those set screws, remove the bar and bar ends and check that the mounting brackets are secure to the wall. If loose, you will need to tighten or re-anchor the mounting brackets and then put it back together. Your contractor really should come back and install it properly, but if you don't have that option, you will need to follow these steps or hire someone else to do the work.

Answer:	Someone else answered elsewhere. The 6' hose will reach the bottom of the shower/tub, but it's not long enough to reach out and around all sides of a dog. To allow that freedom of movement, I ordered (a couple of years ago here on Amazon.com) an "Inox Extended Length Stainless Steel Shower Hose - 100 inches (2.54 meters)." That made all the difference for washing the dogs.

Answer:	It doesn't have a button but you can turn the head so where it goes into the different types of sprays one of them is off. Well barely dripping. It isn't hard. My 9 and 10 year old mess around with the different water sprays all the time.

Answer:	Very low flow. The green screen at the base mentioned by reviewers is NOT the real flow restrictor. The real restrictor is a tiny hole about 1/8-inch diameter, molded deep inside a black tube in the handle. You can't access it without destroying the shower head. See one reviewer's photos comparing the flow restrictor to the size of a pencil point.

Answer:	Amazon just delivered my shower head today and I opened the box to discover the outer product package say the hose is only 60" (5 ft), not 72" (6 ft) long. Love you Amazon, but you need to update the information for this product to avoid disappointing future buyers who bought this specifically for the extended hose length. Returning to Amazon.

Answer:	The photo is a misrepresentation of how the hand spray fits in the cradle. It fits stationary, pretty straight, in a verticle position. We have an overhead rainshower, so that is not a problem. You can take the hand spray off the cradle to wash, do your hair or clean the shower if you want.
Question:	Does this come with the shower on/off valve and/or face plate? If not, what is the matching part number
Answer:	Hey Scott, it does not. Depending on what you are trying to do, this is the on off valve and face plate, Delta-T14053-Monitor-Series-Chrome and Delta-R10000-UNBXHF-Multichoice-Universal-Shower. I would read all of the details for both of those and make sure that is everything you need. If you are adding this to a tub/shower, you may need a different valve (faceplate should be the same). And if you are adding multiple shower heads then you will need a diverter and face plate for that as well. Hope this helps. We love this piece.

We purchased the Delta Faucet 50570 Wall Elbow Square in Chrome along with Delta T11886 Arzo 3 Setting Diverter in Chrome since we were already using the Arzo line fixtures for the rest of our guest bathroom. It looks and works awesome. We are very happy with the entire setup. Of course there are other elbows and diverters available if you want a different look with varying prices. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I've only had this hose on a few months, but so far so good. Good pressure and I actually like it better than the original Delta hose that came with my $100 shower head that cracked after one year!

Answer:	Yes you do need a diverter. You can get a cheap $30 one from Home Depot to switch from one to the other. Or an expensive one you will need a plumber to install
