Answer:	Hello, I'm very sorry to hear you're having issues with water spots. Here is some basic cleaning and care information: Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains and calcium build up may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. Also take care to protect surfaces that may be damaged by vinegar. The white vinegar can stain porous stones like granite, limestone and marble. You can also use a cleaner called " bar keepers friend" which works very well with removing water spots. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: 409, Fantastic, or Windex, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub and Tile Cleaner, Lime Away and Soft Scrub. Answer:	The cartridge insert is plastic (obviously). The shower head body is metal, and the inner diffuser is plastic. Everything else is metal. Delta is still the best product, and best product for money. Their SS products are excellent.

Answer:	If it continues to drip I would suspect the valve. You may need a new cartridge. Hard water or a high salt content in your water will shorten the life of the seals and o rings in most plumbing fixtures.

Additionally, in case you are not sure how these valves work, the temperature set by the small handle holds it's setting when you rotate the large handle to turn the water on and adjust flow. So, you don't usually need to readjust the temperature every time you shower. Love this type of valve!

Answer:	It includes both the shower head, pipe / trim that connects the shower head, the faucet handle, the trim piece behind the faucet handle and the valve cartridge (mixing valve for hot / cold water). Note that the plumbing 'rough-in kit' that the water lines connect (hot, cold & shower head) is not included. There are Delta faucet kits that do include the rough in kit and will cost a bit more. If you are replacing an existing Delta shower faucet, then this specific one in question will work. On that note, if you do have an existing Delta system, this valve kit is for Delta rough in kits that are less than 8 or so years old. My old Delta rough-in was 10 years old. The valve cartridge that came with this Amazon purchase was for the one that was newer, so i had to go to Lowes and by the older valve cartridge. It did fit and work in this shower kit from Amazon. Sorry for a long answer. It looks great and was really impressed (as always) with Amazon. Delta's website will help as well. Good luck.

Answer:	What i did was put 2 high pressure ball valves and a 1/2in nipple one at the diverter at the tub spout and then i took the showerand hand held diverter off the shower head and put a ball valve to increase water pressure i can barely open the ball valve because it hurts so bad so you put the second high pressure ball valve on the shower arm no shower/handheld diverter put a nipplein and the n the shower head and then you can close one or open both but with the ball valves you control how much water you use and i turned the hot water heater all the way up if both nall balves are wide open you will deplete you hot water fast
