Answer:	Of the 3 large control knobs on the front of the panel, the 3rd one is the one that controls the temperature for either hot or cold. As is the standard, turn to the right for colder, and to the left for hotter. If for some reason, this does not resolve the problem, there are only 2 possible explanations - either the hot-cold control valve is not functioning correctly, or whoever did the plumbing did not connect a line for the cold water.
