Answer:	Hi! I came here to say I got mine & had this same problem! It was a black lid so I didn’t realize there was also a black rubber suction piece inside the lid. If you pull that out, the slit part that allows liquid to come out may not be broken through. Just put pressure on that to break the slit open & it should work. Hope this helps

Question:	Is dis good for removing rain spots off chrome rims
Answer:	This is cotton wadding that has been treated with some oil based solvent (something like WD-40?) I once got a can of this in a grocery store auto section but it was dried out and it is useless then. It will turn black as it removes the oxidation but just keep re-folding it to expose clean areas. You can get a lot of mileage out of this stuff. I'm a fan and have used it mostly on chrome. It will also take dried tar of non-ferrous metals . I did use it on old alloy wheels - mostly aluminum, right? - and they went from dull grey to reflecting my hand almost like chrome. I keep Q-Tips in the can and they absorb some of the solvent for use in small areas. But I think the shining effect is less dramatic when the surface is not really smooth to start with - like screen door frames. My alloy wheels probably came out of the factory buffed and smooth as a baby's butt. It is a lot of manual rubbing tho. It dries to a white residue then comes off easily with terrycloth. You'll probably want to wear gloves cause it's oily but not caustic in any way.

Answer:	This product is for the Weiman Granite Daily Clean & Shine Disinfectant. This product is new and there could be an older version of this product without the disinfectant formula. As long as the neck of the bottle indicates it kills germs and bacteria - it is the cleaner with the disinfectant.

Question:	For the "Kingston Brass KS2361 Naples Roman Tub Filler, Polished Chrome", do I need to order valves separately? or does this order come with the valve
Answer:	No it’s made for any kind of stone surface. But they do make one for only stainless steel. They both work nice and smell so nice too. I actually didn’t try using the granite one on stainless steel because I bought both.
