Answer:	You could probably modify two of these to fit your Smartshade Wenzel I assume canopy. But frankly I would look to see if you could find one that fits your size canopy and not go through all that work and fuss. Unless you are like us and we do tend to take on such challenges sometimes wondering why we would do that to ourselves. But most of the time in the end it all works out well. You would need to sew as well as take side seams apart to re-connect to other ends of pieces you removed. And I'm guessing here but that would make some of the areas you need velcro to match up with the canopy frame/cover miss matched. You could figure out where you need to add and sew new strips of the right loop or hook velcro onto the canopy and or the screen top edge to match up then. But there would be a lot of fiddle work involved. I also love the self wrapping velcro so much so I bought 25 yard rolls of two and one inch in black of both. It's fantastic stuff and you don't need to stick with Velcro brand the non brand seems to be pretty much as good. Anyway for our needs we can get by with velcro bands of the self wrap around the frame just where we need some hook to fit match up with the loop patches on the top of this screen. Later we will sew on said matching patches of hook velcro to the tent canopy which will make it a bit tighter and taught to keep out pesty insects. We have a lot of industrial and outdoor gear making background as well as a lot of equipment and materials needed to get the job done. So if you are that kind of person...then take the challenge. I would let the door remain off centered so 5 feet in from one side and really you could add a third door depending on how you took apart the seams both and re-connected the panels. You can do the math yourself and realize for a 10 by 15 you would need two 15 foot walls and two 10 foot length walls. Putting two together would leave you with some left overs. And if it was a ten by 20 canopy you would still have left overs with two because two center walls would be removed setting two side by side so to speak and that would leave you with four doors. In the case of a 15 foot size canopy you can select to put an extra zipper easily enough on another end so you could have three doors if you would like or need. Or not since what you'll need to do is open one corner seam up and then cut off approx 5 feet on one of the ends to sew into the same on the second. This keeps the white corners going around outside of the poles then. Now adjust the second screen to finish wrapping around and meeting up with the first screen. What you basically are doing is cutting out one half plus one wall all the way around to meld two together. This will leave you with screen material left over for possible repairs on down the line. If you were doing a 10 by 20 canopy you would still have two sides left over because you would be taking out the two center 10 foot walls....it's like that only five feet shorter on each end. So you should end up with two side walls plus to half sides. But there are several possible ways to doing this...and that includes adding in a third door so there are options as to the design of the way you might have doors end up. Good luck...but check at the Wenzel site on line to see if they sell the screen for your smartshade canopy unless you like the idea of this challenge.

Answer:	It is fully enclosed, with the skirt that's included. However, depending on your pets, they could probably get out if inattended. You would have to stake down the bottom of all sides, including the skirt.

Answer:	No, the weight of the room is fine. It's advertised as being made for the new electric style awnings, and I think the weight is more critical there. We love the room, except for the door. I haven't checked, maybe Carefree offers some alternatives to the door, but we found it too cumbersome to unzip and zip the door every time we left the area. We have since purchased one of the magnetic net doors, added some velcro to it and attached it where the door would normally be. We can then enter and exit and have the door snap together behind us. Other than that - it does go up quickly, and we found it fit perfectly.
Question:	How well do the side panels stay up against the RV
Answer:	I'm in Az at 7000 ft.. Same kind of winds and I have these covers. Just remove them and reinstall later. As for protection, they seem to be very capable at a reasonable price, but when the chrome on the trailer hitch gets blown away you can't expect a tire cover to do anything less. Get 'em and you'll love 'em, watch the size recommendations of others as they seem to run small.

Question:	Can the tape work on a tip on the bottom of the screen? The rip is about 4 inches long
Answer:	No it's not perforated. I was a little disappointed that it was just tape with a mesh on the underside. So far it lasted a couple of rain storms. As long as it stops the little hole from getting bigger I'm happy. I was kind of impressed by the little collapsible scissors though.
Question:	What color is ths mesh
Answer:	I couldn't get it to work with my hairdryer. I ended up holding my iron a few inches away and repeatedly hitting the steam button. Once it gets hot enough the glue should peel off the backing with the screen mesh. It was annoying trying to pull, I had to pick at the corners until it started coming off. The holes in my screen were pretty large, so I ended up putting the screen stuff on both sides.
Question:	Does dirt adhere to the sticky side of the repair patch once it’s in place
Answer:	I can't see why it shouldn't. It utilizes the lower tunnel in the awning tube for the main screen area and then clamps to the awning and the RV for the sides.
Question:	Is this mesh breathable? Like it's actual screen mesh, that air can pass through? Or is it a solid piece of tape with mesh design
Answer:	It should. I have a 20 ft Dometic awning and used the 20/21ft model. It has a one foot section on the front that is not used for the shorter size. Nice screen room.

Question:	Will this work on fiberglass as well as metal/aluminum screens
Answer:	Because this is largely Mesh with Tape adhesive, it will remedy any screen door repair. From the advert, I believe the tape to be non metal mesh, which may grossly appear slightly different on a metal mesh screen door. Hardly noticeable if the screen tear is minor.
Question:	For a screen door, do you apply the repair piece on the interior or exterior? How does it hold up in the elements
Answer:	I applied it on the exterior because it seemed that it would better hold the edges together, if the repair is not on an edge it might not matter very much. Thus far it has held up fine even in the rain

Answer:	It is Transparent with glue on one side but from the other side when it is in use the glue does show through to some degree

Question:	Does this come with the sealant needed for proper installation
Answer:	I think not. Although I use mine on a tear in the lower middle of my screen. I wish it would because before I even heard of this tape my screen door ripped near bottom and no matter how many tape I bought from the store, it did not stay attach, it keeps coming off. I finally had to had it fix.
Question:	How does it attach to the awning
Answer:	This screen repair tape mesh’s color is Grey, and it is appropriate for any color window door screen.
Question:	Do I need a ladder to install every time I use it
Answer:	I made a considerable number of small repairs very soon after receiving my repair kit 2 months ago to the day. I can report that there has been no dust accumulation on the sticky side of the repairs. I should also report that there have been a considerable number of rain events in that time as well... any of which could have washed the repair area clean.
Question:	Where is the door? Is closed with a zipper
Answer:	The actual answer here is no. This is tape with a screen design on the non adhesive side of the tape. It is textured, but technically not breathable. It worked for my fix, but if you need free airflow-this isn’t the item for you.
Question:	Would this protect from cats claws as well if enough layers are applied
Answer:	We have owned three of these over the years and have not experienced any issues with the zippers. We did have a side rafter problem with the feet but Carefree sent replacements that came within 2 days.
Question:	Will this work to repair the see-through mesh on a soft dog crate
Answer:	I don't see why it wouldn't work as long as you can clamp to your awning it should be fine. The rest is all Velcro. I love my room, I feel like I have double the space. It does get hot inside if all closed up. I may look for a small A/C unit for this room. It does take some time to zip/unzip all the windows. But overall I love my investment.
Question:	Will this work for a big hole? .. will it work if i have to overlap 3 pices of this tape to cover it
Answer:	There is a strap that attaches to the bottom and the top of the side of the RV. The side panel has a vertical flap with velcro on it that wraps around the strap. This keeps the panel against the side of the unit. It's not ideal. Older versions utilized snaps that screwed into the side of the RV and were permanent that the sides snapped into. The trade off is that the screen room can be kept for use on another unit when the current RV is sold or traded in.
Question:	Is this real screen with holes, or just adhesive tape with a mesh design? I want to cover a vent, but allow air in, just keep the bugs out

Answer:	I have a very small 2-step stepstool. It folds flat to about 2 inches. I installed two hooks inside my small class B van conversion for storage when traveling. I've passed other motorhomes on the road that have a stepstool hooked with bungee cords to their roof ladder on the back.

Answer:	I think you can. But it is better to install both side of screen. The adhesive strength of this screen repair tape is very strong, so, it could be easy to be dirty if the hole size is too big. For usual size, it works well.
Question:	Could this item hold up to strong wind? This would be kepted up for 4-6 months at our annual sight
Answer:	This is just a piece of tape with screen on one side so that it looks like a screen. However, I would caution you about using screening less than 1/4" on any type of vent in order to keep pests out. Screening is too small and would restrict airflow for vents which would cause problems down the road. The best solution is to find what is causing bugs getting in the vent and eliminate that cause instead. This goes for any system that has venting, whether it be an HVAC system, a sewer system , or anything else. Systems that rely on venting to work require a specific amount of air flow and usually have very little tolerances. If you reduce (or even increase) that airflow even by just a tiny fraction, it can cause the whole system to function improperly, leading to all kinds of problems including breakdown or even irreparable system damage. It can even cause harm to inhabitants of living spaces.
