Answer:	I have had this installed for months and I use mega toilet paper. Plenty of room. Never a problem. Not sure what they're measuring.

Answer:	I only have trouble with the really huge rolls, but I have that same problem on my other TP holders. But haven't had any trouble with the regular larger rolls. However, be sure both ends of the holder are inserted correctly for it to roll properly.

Answer:	you mount both side holders to the wall about 1 inch shorter than the spindle. then compress the spindle and insert into the holes on the mounting bracketsremember to face the mounting brackets so the spindle holes face each other and the fastening screws are on the bottom.
Question:	Are the shelves solid wood
Answer:	I'm pretty sure they were 3/8". Plenty sturdy. The only thing I thought was a little different was the way they were attached to the wall. You put the bracket on the wall and then you hook the bottom of the eschuion and then lift up and snap the top into place. If you haven't hung a lot of towel bars this might present a problem for you. If you take your time, think through it and follow the instructions you should be ok. For the money and compared to Home Depot type bars this was comparable.

Putting these on the DS450 is a recipe for bent handles.

Question:	I just read reviews that say the actual pipe is not heavy duty pipe. Is it the same material as the flange and elbow or is the pipe a different guage
Answer:	The flange is iron as well as the connector. The pipe is steel. These elbow brackets are heavy duty and would easily hold 25 pounds each. In fact I have two of them holding up a 75 pound shelf - no problems. The reason we rate them only at 25 pounds is because most customers attach these to the wall via dry wall screws, which in all reality puts most of the risk on one's wall. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I’m not sure about the exact weight rating, but I would not suggest it. For something the size and weight of a microwave, you want something with a diagonal support or thicker gage steel. If space is a problem, you can probably get away with using these, but don’t lean on that shelf! maybe use 4 instead of 2?
