Question:	Can use change the combinations multiple times
Answer:	yes, as many times as you want to. The instructions to change the combo are very simple.
Question:	does 0.8 inch thickness refer to the thickest part or the flat part
Answer:	I can’t verify at the moment but I believe it refers to the locking mechanism itself, the piece that locks into place or unlocks when you input the combination.
Question:	Is lock waterproof
Answer:	I have it outside on my trailer in the snow and rain and have had no problems with it working at all.
Question:	I need to change my combination but do not have instructions...how do I do it
Answer:	Set lock to original password. THIS IS A MUST. Slide lock tab to the left to open the lock. Flip lock over and rotate the slotted screw on the back of the lock and set your new password. Turn back the screw to finish. Important note- please remember your combination be heart, when changing to a new combination, dial setting must remain on old combination (This is word for word on package)

Question:	Does 1 key fit both locks? I dont want each lock to have its own key
Answer:	Not exactly sure; have you tried going to/asking a stone/quartz/marble store? I know there are also services that come to the house to renew solid surface shines using specialized equipment - costs a bit but do nice job. Or you could spend less than $20 and give the product a try - at least you'll have it for future weekly cleaning/sealing/polishing.

Question:	How does it work in the cold
Answer:	I don't live in a VERY cold place but have worked the lock in freezing snow with no issues. I have to "clean" it every couple of years with a good soak and cleanout with lock lubricating spray.
Question:	how well will these stand up to high humidity conditions for extended periods such as in a hottub room cointinuously
Answer:	I purchased this particular model based on recommendation from our local National Guard armory. they use these locks for their security purposes and have had great results. I've had mine outside on gate 24x7 for about two years w/o significant problem. when we have an ice storm, all the locks are frozen up so that's not a fair criticism. short answer, however, is that I don't know how they would do in 24x7 high humidity. if I had to pick one of my various locks to try, it would be this one.
