Answer:	It is made of ABS high-quality plastic, and the heating wire is in the opening and protected by a cover, which can prevent burns

Answer:	We have had this mailbox for about a year and I love it. We live in Alberta where the weather can range from +85F and humid to minus 40F and snow. The mailbox is still lovely, no rust. I have only wiped it down with a soft cloth, maybe a little dish soap. I'm sure if you wanted to you could use stainless steel cleaner used for kitchen appliances. I don't find finger prints to be a huge issue but most of our mail goes to the super box down the street. The lid stays up (I just checked).

Answer:	I wouldn’t
Question:	Where is the hardware? It says it comes with it but there was none. I have no idea what to buy. Its being being placed on brick

Question:	Is this smooth or does it have a texture
Answer:	My best recommendation is that you take the Flip 5 hook mount with you to any hardware store and let them know the type of surface you will be mounting this on, they can help you pick out a Screw or nail that will work. This has a basic mounting hole and groove system so as long as the head of the Nail or screw are large enough no to slide out any type will do again depending on the mounting surface. Anchors are recommended for drywall and they come in various weight categories.
Question:	Where can I find this in black? Is it no longer available
Answer:	I'm not sure how to answer that without seeing the actual coats but I hang 2 motorcycle jackets, two fall coats and a couple hoodies no problem. The hooks are 4 inches center to center if that helps.

Question:	Would it be possible to use these flip hooks instead of a towel bar in a bathroom
Answer:	The bumpers are necessary to help keep the mailbox more level. If the anchors are installed correctly and the mounting screws are tight there shouldn't be any problem with movement.
Question:	Is the back flat? Would you be able to use extra strong 3M mounting tape to hold the bar to the wall
Answer:	Mine came with two screws and two plastic inserts in a small plastic bag. That would work for installing in brick. You would also need a drill bit for drilling holes in brick. I have wood siding so just used wood screws.

Question:	how much does a 36 inch weigh & type of hangers
Answer:	I made sure mine was hung on a stud and used a large nail to hang it. The mirror did come with a hanging kit and anchors but it is heavy and large.

Answer:	The black frame around it is 1/4 inch.

Answer:	It has a nice thick wire attached securely to two hangars which are screwed into a piece of wood on the mirror back. It also has some foam squares placed near the lower part of the mirror used as spacers so that it doesn't bang against the wall.

Answer:	Hi, I think these would look great in a bathroom instead of a towel bar.Each hook holds up to 2.26kg so plenty for a towel.I hope this helps.

Answer:	The back of strip is flat. I have ours mounted by the screws as with 8-10 set of keys the weight may be too heavy to hold the bar with 3M tape. It may work though. The newer 3M tape is stronger now than when I used it years ago. Try it, if it pulls away from the wall you may have to use the screws.

Answer:	I would not - but that depends on how much weight you plan on hanging on it. A couple of coats might be ok. More than that (or winter coats), then I would be afraid of pulling a hole through the door.

Answer:	I hang hangers with clothes on them from my laundry all the time. The hangers are not too large. We have this in our laundry room. I have had up to 6 pairs of pants on hangers waiting to be ironed. I see no reason that you couldn't hang coats on these, as long it is correctly anchored into a stud.
