Answer:	The mailbox is made of metal and will last about 10 years. I previously had one just like this one and bought the same to replace the old one. The metal rust at the ground level over the years.

Answer:	You have to dig a hole and stick the posts into the ground, then secure it with gravel, cement or something else -- then cover the hole.

Answer:	There's not really a "space" per se on the side. I used 3" numbers on the side of the box and 1 1/2" numbers on the front flap. Hope that helps

Answer:	No because this is not an interior door. The outside of this lock takes a key and has a slot for that purpose. An interior door would have a hole that you could deactivate a lock button with a pin or straightened paper clip.

Question:	I'm confused...does this "combo" come with the post? Name implies it does but description sounds like it doesn't. I appreciate any help
Answer:	I use it on hardwood floors. I still have a heavier vac for my rugs. This vac is light and easy to use, great for quick pick ups. I highly recommend the vac and told my daughter to get one to clean up after the kids.

Answer:	This product works very well for me. I don’t worry about plastic anything. My kitchen os not plastic it is granit and tile and the stove has no plastic which does not stand up to heat well. So look at the things on a bottle to see what the manufacturer warns about. I don’t know... was never a problem for me.

Answer:	I haven’t needed to remove rust/corrosion from my sink -faucet area. Though I have needed to in the past. This product would not be my first choice for that chore. I recommend a wonderful product I’ve used to remove stains and scratches on porcelain sinks, marble and quartz countertops, Gel-Gloss. It comes in a cream or a spray. It may require a tad more work, the surface must be dried, then apply a dab of Gel-Gloss, let dry for a few minutes, finally rub to a clean shine with a soft cloth. I began using Gel-Gloss after it became increasingly difficult finding Jubilee kitchen wax. My advise is try Gel-Gloss instead of the Fuller Granite, Quartz, & Marble Cleaner &Polish. Answer:	I found that mine wobbled front to back quite a bit. The solution I came up with was I took a piece of 5/8”ply wood cut to the same width as the post (in this case it was 3-9/16” x 18” and screwed it to back of the post and slid the mailbox and sheath back over the post and viola! No more wobble. Of course,I screwed the sheath back to the post.

Answer:	It came with 2 keys. Remember when hanging the box, make sure it's at the correct level for your height. I'm 5'3" and the handyman hung the box too high. He was 6 feet, so I have to stand on tiptoes to make sure small letters aren't on the bottom of mailbox. So far, I like product. The color has been able to stay black, even though it get's really HOT afternoon sun in Arizona.
Question:	how does it lock
Answer:	There is an outter lid and an inner lid. The inner lid is the one that has the lock. The top/outter lid lifts up revealing the inner lid which has a slot for your mail to be place into. Personally, I don't use the locking lid because I get too many larger/bulky items that would not fit through the slim mail slot. If you are concerned about that, I would recommend finding another mail box that locks differently. I wanted to use the locking feature, but when I got the mailbox, I found out the slot was too narrow. It is fine if you just have letters and magazines sent to you. Hope this helps.

Question:	Is there anyway people can fish out mail from the top space? Where I live they take a string with tape and pull mail out of locked boxes
Answer:	For this mailbox, you are not able to see the deposited mail clearly with the door fully open but can at the back end of the mailbox when it's partially open. I can see a possibility of pulling mail through the partially opened door although it would be difficult. Bad folks will always find a way to get to your mail if they really wanted to. If you can, put a security camera and aim it toward your mailbox. Even that cannot guarantee your mail will be 100% safe. But can add another layer of protection or deterrence to mail theft. The video can provide evidence to authorities for prosecution - Mail theft is a U.S. Federal.
