Question:	Is the hole saw
Answer:	The big hole saw is 2 1/8. The small hole saw is 7/8, which is a little small compared to the standard 1 inch that most door lock require. Although, the deadbolt that I installed worked good with 7/8 on the door. For the door jam hole, I use a 1 inch drill not included in the kit.
Question:	Will this work on a 2 1/4 inch thick door
Answer:	I do not see why not you may have to drill hole on both side pilot hole through the hole saw on both sides. the only issue I see is the hole in the side for the tongue

Answer:	3/8" worked for me fine. Both steel and wood doors (i used a different hole saw for the steel). All assuming your 3/8" drill has enough power. My cordless 19 volt drill was great.

Answer:	The 2" bit is close to 1 3/4" deep. But it is recommended that you drill from one side until the pilot drill comes thru. Then drill back from the opposite side. This prevents splintering the face of the door where the 2" bit will exit. Makes a heck of a mess.

Answer:	For me, specifically relating to the 17' model (12017) I have used wide boards on the very top rungs. Using a tape measure from the concrete floor in my shop to the top of the board going across, I have a height of 46-48 inches. I found this perfectly fine to use in this capacity, though it is NOT recommended by Little Giant or myself. I am probably stupid to do it...lol That said, I have never felt unsafe or in danger. Truthfully, I am very careful and cautious.

Answer:	The Revolution is basically a newer version of the Classic with several updated features compared to the classic Little Giant Classic M26 (10126LG). The Revolution has quad-locking hinges, Rock Locks to lock the rungs (Rock-Locks are easier to use then the U-locks). The Revolution also has slightly deeper inner rungs for added standing comfort and is about 5 pounds lighter. They both reach the same height in their various configurations.

Answer:	The max height of this Little Giant 17 as a step ladder is 7-8 feet. It is 17 feet when fully extended as an extension ladder. The other thing to bear in mind is it is a heavy ladder. The wheels do help when working on flat surfaces (indoor or out) as you can wheel it around. However, these will not help you much on rough ground or when you need to lift it (e.g. up/down stairs, loading it into car, storing it etc). It's a unisex product, so no one will laugh at you !

Question:	How many of this lock is recommended for a door and the best part of the door to place it
Answer:	I have used only one for my indoor locker. I love it. But i woud recommend 2 for the front door, the first lock may three quarters up and the other on the bottom third of the door. Should be very secure.
Question:	I want to buy this security lock for my wife who is alone at home. Is it difficult for her to install it alone
Answer:	FIRST, it's a great lock; specially designed to accommodate the older style, curved door molding. I used 3" wood screws (identical head-diameter of those screws supplied). (Note: my home was built in the 1940's, so my older type of door molding was ideal -- with absolutely no 'fitting' necessary; on the other hand, if door molding is 'sharp-cornered (i.e., 90-degree)' then a bit of woodworking will be required.
