Answer:	I bought this for my emotion kayak, and I could never figure out how to put it on. I don’t think this would work for your kayak neither. I only use this for my canoe, with two pieces of wood sandwich between the clamps.
Question:	Can I get 6 keys with this lock?, Are these keys unable to be copied
Answer:	I can't say definitively but would think it should. The mounting screw has a lot of adjustment room. It fits fine on my tracker jon boat. Sorry I can't say for sure.

Answer:	These will not work on any rounded surfaces. The clamp will mar and dig into your plastic or fiberglass and ruin it. Not a good choice for Kayak but great for Jon boat or pontoon.
