Question:	Does this come with the inside lever handle as well or is only the exterior lever
Answer:	I do not know the difference but i can tell you mine was perfectly and safely packaged for $149. And i must say, the knob is beautiful! Everyone compliments me on it and was so easy to install. Very sturdy and solid.
Question:	Does it come in Chrome
Answer:	We have these locks on three doors and they are designed so that you can reset them to accept the same key without having a professional locksmith involved. I have no idea if you old locks are the same.
Question:	are these reversible? i didn't see anything on description
Answer:	Two likely sources of the problem ... 1) the paper 'tab' that came from the factory inserted behind the thumb button may not have been fully removed. If a piece of the tab remains, it can block the thumb action. 2) Check all your screws to ensure they are tightened. The problem is probably that the set screw that holds the handle to the axle is not fully engaged. This set screw is designed to enable/disable the thumb lock function.
Question:	Does it matter which hand your door is? I don't see where you give this information

1. Remove the old lock by taking out of the four screws of back handle and back handle, two sides screws and plate.

2. Insert Kohree RV Lock into the opening on the front of the door.

Answer:	There's no depth adjustment on mine, but you can roughly control depth by a) how hard you press against the work and/or b) the air pressure setting you work with. Clearly the latter is also a function of the material density. I've never had a problem consistently recessing nail heads--but I've never tried going deeper than just below flush-with surface.

Answer:	Only if you perfectly align the driver. The driver head is much bigger than a finish nail. The mar around the nail head would have to be filled etc. I wouldn't recommend it for that.

Answer:	Hello, I would suggest a full factory reset that is when you take out 1 battery for 10 seconds and reinsert then press the lock button 3 times quickly one after the other. The lock will give you a green light.
