Question:	I'm not sure what remote/online/phone features you can use with this without having to pay a subscription or buy some type of hub. any input
Answer:	The features I have worked with on this hardware includes connecting to a Vivint Home Security system for managing user lock access. You can have someone's pin code translated from the security system to the lock as both unlock and disarm code. I haven't tried connecting to a Wink hub or managing actual actions (lock/unlock) from outside of the lock.
Question:	Is auto-lock a feature of this deadbolt
Answer:	Once programmed it will auto lock in 30 secs, but it is not smart. It locks even if door is open.
Question:	Can you change it to a 6 or 8 digit passcode? I gave someone my iPhone and they guessed my 4 digit pin after 4 attempts
Answer:	Like another user said, If someone figured out your 4 digit passcode in 4 attempts then you either had very easy code like 1234 or they knew it already, there are 9,999 possible combinations of 4 digits, I guess someone could sit there and try every combo until they got it but probably unlikely so I would think you are safe with a 4 digit code but at least you have the option of going up to a 6 digit or an 8 digit code which have 1,000,000 and 100,000,000 possible combinations respectively. Question:	i am concerned about the exterior clearance to my storm door. i need the EXACT dimensions including depth of both the deadbolt and the handleset
Answer:	Yes you do. This deadbolt will not work on any exterior door with weather stripping. In closed resting position, the deadbolt has to be completely unobstructed for the battery operated bolt mechanism to close. I was unable to use this as I have to push my door closed a bit to engage a deadbolt.

How Do I Know When My Battery Is Low?

Answer:	It fits most, but you have to look at the dimensions listed for the holes in your door to make sure it will fit.
Question:	I have a metal door that doesn't use face plates. Does this come with the round face plates also? You can't use the existing face plates

Answer:	Haven’t had to change batteries yet, installed couple months ago. On our previous house we changed the batteries around 8 month’s, it beeped after locking when batteries were low
Question:	Can you prevent it from locking automatically
Answer:	Of course yes, the auto-lock feature automatically re-locks your doors, by default, in 30s after unlocking. But if you wanna disable the auto-lock function, you can change it in just simple 4 steps. Before operation, you need to make sure the lock is unlocked and the door is opened, then (1) enter your existing programming code; (2) Press TACKLIFE button, you will hear one beep; (3) Press 5; (4) Press TACKLIFE button again. You will hear two beeps if the change successed, otherwise, three beeps will indicate the chage in unsuccessful.

Answer:	The M26 has a Max A-frame height of 11' 1"
Question:	Anyone have an online version of the instructions for this digital lock
Answer:	For me, specifically relating to the 17' model (12017) I have used wide boards on the very top rungs. Using a tape measure from the concrete floor in my shop to the top of the board going across, I have a height of 46-48 inches. I found this perfectly fine to use in this capacity, though it is NOT recommended by Little Giant or myself. I am probably stupid to do it...lol That said, I have never felt unsafe or in danger. Truthfully, I am very careful and cautious.
Question:	Sometimes my lock doesnt lock
Answer:	The Revolution is basically a newer version of the Classic with several updated features compared to the classic Little Giant Classic M26 (10126LG). The Revolution has quad-locking hinges, Rock Locks to lock the rungs (Rock-Locks are easier to use then the U-locks). The Revolution also has slightly deeper inner rungs for added standing comfort and is about 5 pounds lighter. They both reach the same height in their various configurations.

Answer:	The max height of this Little Giant 17 as a step ladder is 7-8 feet. It is 17 feet when fully extended as an extension ladder. The other thing to bear in mind is it is a heavy ladder. The wheels do help when working on flat surfaces (indoor or out) as you can wheel it around. However, these will not help you much on rough ground or when you need to lift it (e.g. up/down stairs, loading it into car, storing it etc). It's a unisex product, so no one will laugh at you !

Answer:	Hi, please kindly check your resetting steps. ( Insert three batteries first, then use a pin to stick into the reset hole. Keep holding the pin for about 10 seconds, meanwhile insert the fourth battery. After you hear the beep sound and the deadbolt latch going out, you can release the pin on the reset hole.) Answer:	No it is not , i have this lock and if it gets wet it glitches badly . I have to put a piece of plastic over the lock to keep it from getting wet . Hope that helps you
Question:	Can it withstand direct rain
Answer:	I have mine exposed to rain and snow. Not directly since it’s an owning there but so far is working perfectly. Even below zero temperatures. We are in Chicago.
Question:	So there is no way to lock this from the inside
Answer:	I assume you mean from outside entry. If so then yes there are two ways. Normally it will automatically lock after a couple of seconds, unless it is in “passage“ mode. There is a switch on the inside just above the handle for private or general mode. In private mode it will be locked and only an administrator can open it from the outside. There is no way to lock it such the people on the inside cannot get out.

Answer:	To lock someone in a closet put the keypad in the closet and don't give them the code. To lock someone out of the closet, but the keypad on the outside. The lever on the non keypad side will always open the door whether it is locked or not. This way your dog can escape a burning house even if the door is locked and he does not know how to unlock it. If he closes the door behind him as he escapes the flames, the door will still be locked and he will not be able to reenter without the code or the key.
Question:	The ad does not specify right of left hand knob. May I specify at time of order
Answer:	The Schlage FE595 is non-handed (reversible)
Question:	Does this work like a dead bolt so that this would be the only lock needed
Answer:	No, this is a replacement for the regular door latch and lock. The FE365 is what you need for the deadbolt. I use both. Note: A locksmith can re-core the locks so they all use the same key for the key bypass. I find that simpler than having to keep a bunch of bypass keys.
Question:	This Schlage FE595 Cam 619 ACC does not say the handles reversible. Is it? Why is it cheaper than the VCAM model
Answer:	I checked with a locksmith and yes it is reversible. The directions are with lock. It is really easy to reverse. I have had this lock for over 8 years and love it.
