Answer:	For me, specifically relating to the 17' model (12017) I have used wide boards on the very top rungs. Using a tape measure from the concrete floor in my shop to the top of the board going across, I have a height of 46-48 inches. I found this perfectly fine to use in this capacity, though it is NOT recommended by Little Giant or myself. I am probably stupid to do it...lol That said, I have never felt unsafe or in danger. Truthfully, I am very careful and cautious.

Answer:	The Revolution is basically a newer version of the Classic with several updated features compared to the classic Little Giant Classic M26 (10126LG). The Revolution has quad-locking hinges, Rock Locks to lock the rungs (Rock-Locks are easier to use then the U-locks). The Revolution also has slightly deeper inner rungs for added standing comfort and is about 5 pounds lighter. They both reach the same height in their various configurations.

Answer:	The max height of this Little Giant 17 as a step ladder is 7-8 feet. It is 17 feet when fully extended as an extension ladder. The other thing to bear in mind is it is a heavy ladder. The wheels do help when working on flat surfaces (indoor or out) as you can wheel it around. However, these will not help you much on rough ground or when you need to lift it (e.g. up/down stairs, loading it into car, storing it etc). It's a unisex product, so no one will laugh at you !

Ultraloq doesn’t cover the deadbolt hole completely if you would like replace your existing deadbolt and knob / lever. However, there is a quick solution. What most customers do is a swap - install Ultraloq on the top hole and put the existing deadbolt on the lower hole. If there is no existing deadbolt or you want to remove your deadbolt, most of them will get this accessory in Lowes or Home Depot to cover the top or lower hole, depending on which hole you install Ultraloq. Answer:	I don't know if the locking mechanism would fit in the slot for the screen door but other than that I don't see why it wouldn't work. It is a really easy set up. I love it.

Question:	Can entry codes be selectively deleted or must they all be deleted and then re-entered
Answer:	Hi dear, the code can be selectively deleted. You don't need to delete all codes. To delete a code, you can follow the steps below. ① Push the HuTools button twice; ② Enter your own master code (which you have set before); ③ Push the HuTools button once, then the HuTools button will has green light (not flash) and there's a long sound beep. ④ Press the number button " 3 ", the HuTools button will has green light flash and a long sound beep. ⑤ Enter the UNWANTED user code, then push HuTools button once. The HuTools button will has green light flash and a long sound beep. The unwanted user code is deleted.
Question:	How do you lock it from the outside when you want to leave
Answer:	To lock the door from outside, there's three ways to lock it. Firstly, you can enable the auto lock feature. The bolt will extend out automatically in 30 seconds after unlocking. And you can also change the auto lock delay time. Please kindly refer to the program instruction. You can download them from the Technical Specification in this product page. Sencondly, you can lock it by manually. Press any button on keypad for 2 seconds. Or you can lock it by the key.
Question:	It came to me without a user manual? except some instruction for programming on the box
Answer:	Hi dear, to lock it from outside, please press any one button on keypad for 3 seconds. The second way to lock it is to set the auto lock feature, please press HuTools+HuTools+your master code+HuTools+5+1+HuTools. First time set the auto lock feature, the delay time is 30 seconds. To change the auto delay time, please press HuTools+HuTools+your master code+HuTools+8+seconds time number+HuTools. For more details, please refer to the pdf. program manual on the technical specification of this product page.
Question:	Just installed lock. works manually but not by keypad. tried resetting it again. what do i do now
Answer:	Hi, please kindly check your resetting steps. ( Insert three batteries first, then use a pin to stick into the reset hole. Keep holding the pin for about 10 seconds, meanwhile insert the fourth battery. After you hear the beep sound and the deadbolt latch going out, you can release the pin on the reset hole.) If the steps are the same and not work, please re-install the lock and check the cable connecting tightly. The mounting screws are not so tight when installing. Vacation Mode

The vacation mode puts the system into a low power state, disabling all buttons and functions until master code is entered on keypad.

If the deadbolt door lock is unlocked by thumb turn, the lock will issue an alert.

Mute Function

Question:	Is this lock universal ? Does it fit all
Answer:	It fits most, but you have to look at the dimensions listed for the holes in your door to make sure it will fit.
Question:	I have a metal door that doesn't use face plates. Does this come with the round face plates also? You can't use the existing face plates
Answer:	It comes exactly like what is pictured
Question:	Is there a warning when batteries are low? How often do batteries need to be replaced
Answer:	Haven’t had to change batteries yet, installed couple months ago. On our previous house we changed the batteries around 8 month’s, it beeped after locking when batteries were low
Question:	Can you prevent it from locking automatically
Answer:	Of course yes, the auto-lock feature automatically re-locks your doors, by default, in 30s after unlocking. But if you wanna disable the auto-lock function, you can change it in just simple 4 steps. Before operation, you need to make sure the lock is unlocked and the door is opened, then (1) enter your existing programming code; (2) Press TACKLIFE button, you will hear one beep; (3) Press 5; (4) Press TACKLIFE button again. You will hear two beeps if the change successed, otherwise, three beeps will indicate the chage in unsuccessful.
