Answer:	This lock is great and I would think that it would work on the apartment door. I installed this 3 weeks ago on our house and it is working great. You just need to use your phone app to do all the programing on it. You may need to talk to someone in the apartment office if you can have this installed. And if you do install this don't forget to keep the old one so you can change it back and take this one with you.

Answer:	If you mean the direction (left hand vs right hand), then yes it is reversible. It automatically learns the direction when you insert the battery pack. If that is not working correctly, try holding the middle button while you insert the battery pack and once it's inserted release and push the middle button once more and it will learn the direction.

The big question is whether is it "quick" charge; this device has one port that is quick charge 3.0 (limited devices like Samsung S7) and ALL ports can handle a combined 8.7A, so Yes, it can charge 3 iPhones at 2.4A each simultaneously. (actually the iPhones use a maximum 1.2A each for charging, so this easily will charge the 3 iPhone at maximum rate). IF you have no Quick Charge 3.0 devices or only iPhone/Apple devices, a regular powerport 4 (non speed) will work just as well and maybe better for 4 devices at a time. But NOT super fast quick charge. - The blue "quick charge" port will only charge my iPad at 8W. It looks like the quick charge spec it uses is for Android based devices. For full "super fast" quick charge (an online search suggests that the iPad Pro can charge up to ~18W), it seems one has to go for a charger with USB-C and a USB-C to Lightning cable.

I can't speak for how well that would work. She also uses the corded Bose QuietComfort 25 with her IPod. Again the sound is great. She does not use Bluetooth with her IPhone or IPod. Question:	How do you delete a print
Answer:	You can only remove them all, then go through the reprogramming of the prints that you want to keep. Hold the admin fingerprint down for 10secs (lock will unlock almost instantly, blue light will flash at 5sec, then red light at 10secs). Remove the admin print and then touch it again to wipe all prints, then start all over.
Question:	How can you open the lock if battery has died
Answer:	I don't think so but it gives you plenty of time to charge it before it dies (mine has not died ever so I can't say if it opens). It flashes red when you open it when the battery is low. Mine lasted weeks before I charged it.
Question:	How do you reset and re-add new print
Answer:	Hold your finger on the pad until it turns red

Question:	Is this suppose to come with a power adapter? Received mine with no way to power it
Answer:	Our products come with instructions. Have you not received the instructions?
Question:	What are the bluetooth and wifi ranges? The connection to my lock becomes unstable at < 3 meters
Answer:	I would replace the batteries and re-key the remotes. The manufacturer is in China. I am sure they would be very helpful but the logistics and communication would be awkward. I don't know what Amazon policies would apply regarding a return.
Question:	No instructions are provided and it won’t connect
Answer:	If you have another way inside the locked area, no problem. The lock can be pushed open. If no it Heany in, There is a port on the back that you can mechanically open the lock. You have to know exactly where it is and drill an access hole to it.
