Answer:	1. width of opening ( you’ll need an extra inch, preference, added to that opening size so the door covers and won’t flap in and out. 2. multiply the raw opening size X 2....aka, the door has to slide somewhere when it’s opened. SO...example 36” opening to put a door over. 36”+1” (left side of door) + 1” (right side) = 38” X 2 = 76”. aka........8 ft. would work but you may have to trim some off the ends app 20” Note: if you’re ok with the door NOT sliding and revealing the intire 36” opening, and you could live with the door being 92% open; then you could get. 6’ (72”)

Answer:	I didn't use the instructions however if you need something to reference check out the kits Home Depot sells and download their instructions PDF. You will need to fabricate installation solutions for this kit (I had to) to accommodate the variety of different fitment options there is out there. If I remember right I ended up having to redrill some mounting holes on the lateral bars so the install would line up properly with the studs on the wall as well as fabricate custom stops and a custom lower guide assy. The kit is just a reference point.

You will need 5-1/2" clearance from the top of your door to the ceiling (or crown molding, if any) for this kit to fit correctly.

Fit for door panel thickness: 1-3/8" to 1-3/4".

This hardware kit can hold door weight 230lbs.

The gap between door and cabinet is 5/8" based on 1-1/2" thick door.

To help you choose the fit kit, we recommend the track length shoulde be twice of the doors width at least, and you can also cut the track into any length to meet your need.

Question:	It's hard to tell in the picture but will 1 door be able to roll from left to right to the ends lf the track

Question:	Are these really 2 inches, or are they really the standard size of 2 1/8 inches
Answer:	Normally we install 2 doors, one slides to the left and one slides to the right. There are four stoppers in the barn door hardware, two are installed at both ends of the rail avoiding the door slide out, the other two are installed in middle for limiting the door’s position. And two barn door guide rollers on the ground prevent the doors from swinging back and forth. The connector(L steel plate and 4 pieces inner six angle screws) make the two 6ft rails together, firm and smooth. And the connector is shorter than the rail. The doors can slide pass the connector smoothly and quietly. If you only install single wide door, it can be slide freely from left end to right end when you just install two stoppers to both ends. If you install two doors, of course the two doors also can be slide in the same direction(both to left or both to right): 1.Do not install the middle two stoppers. 2.Do not install the two barn door guide rollers on the ground. However, due to the barn door guide rollers are not installed on the ground, the doors may swinging back and forth in some cases, there will be a potentially dangerous. You need to think of other ways to avoid, at the same time, which may need additional accessories, it is not included in our product. May this help you!
Question:	Can these be popped in or glued in? I need this size for a hollow sliding door. Don't believe the nail will work to secure in this situation

Question:	can these be used back to back on bathroom sliding door or are theytoo thick for that application? In other words, entry from both sides of the door

Answer:	As far as I know there is no template. The instructions are a little vague. I payed out the roller, rail and the top door spacer to get the height. Question:	what drill bit should I buy to install
Answer:	It does contain 2. I glued them in as NOT a ‘tight fit’ in my doors and the teeny nail is difficult to hammer in.
