Answer:	I haven't used it with an Omega Coaxial movement, but as long as you look up and set the lift angle it should work fine.

Answer:	The instrument that I have has the display in Chinese. The manual is in english, shows the display in English. I find that this is a small annoyance, does not interfere with the operation. My unit worked out of the box, I have never had the need to enter the setup screens, which are also in Chinese. There is english in the manual for these screens. I am very satisfied with my unit, I would recommend it. It is very useful when making adjustments such as regulator pins, poise, and beat. It also displays the balance amplitude, as well as the beat error. You can also measure the rate over a long period, which would really be a waste of paper in my oid Micromat. I think it is a good value for the price.
