Answer:	I believe you need a very tiny screwdriver to remove the screw usually on the bottom which will loosen the outer part of the hook

Answer:	It stays on very well. There is a little flange that prevents the roll from going over the edge. The instructions give you the option of mounting the holder in the vertical position as an alternative to the normal horizontal orientation.

Answer:	There is a small hex screw on the edge. Loosen that to remove the wall plate. Install the wall plate against the wall with wall anchors and screws. Question:	Is there a template to mount the bars with double brackets
Answer:	No. You have to measure. Having said that there is some leeway in the mounting set screws so it doesn't have to be incredibly exact. I was pleasantly surprised that my first holes lined up close enough to make it work and it seems to be pretty solid. There are ways you could make a template if you wanted to take the time but really all you need is a good measure and a level to make it work.
Question:	The color states "brushed". what color is brushed nickel, chrome, etc
Answer:	It is dull, not shiny chrome like. Like steel wool was used on chrome. It is very attractive in the eyes of the beholder. My wife does not like shiny.
