suction-cup failure occurs when either the suction cup or the surface it's grabbing isn't as clean as it could be. Wipe the inside of the suction cup with a clean lint-free cloth, then do the same with the targeted surface. A light dusting may be all they need.

A small amount of cooking oil , warm water or even petroleum jelly around the lip of the suction cup also helps the cup adhere to a surface.

Press down on the suction cup from time to time to remove air pockets. Temperature and humidity changes can affect the cup's pliability.

Answer:	I didn’t have any luck with these. The only surface they held somewhat was on glass. Even then it popped off twice and it was holding a small wreath hanging from a ribbon with no decorations on it.

Answer:	The suction cups slots fit perfectly on our shower caddy that is made of approx. 1/8" wire. The piece that fits over the shower head arm fits perfectly over a 3/4" diameter arm. Hope this helps. The shower head arm bears the weight of what you put in the caddy. The suction cups simply hold the bottom to the wall. I see no problem with the product or design.

2. Peel off the protective film on the hook. Please, take it off carefully!
3. Press the hook on the "PUSH" logo with your palm until see an obvious distance change between the suction pad and the applying surface or hearing a weak sound of "puff". And check the hook by pulling the hook down. If the hook can not be moved by hand which means the installation is right or you need to press it with more strength.

Question:	Great product, simple to use. Is there a way to have it slant down
Answer:	Susan, try this. With the suction cup loose from the wall and the shower hose in the bapai, twist the whole unit to the left or right till you get your desired angle before re-attaching it to the wall. Try not to go too far ether direction, to keep shower head from falling out of the holder. You can also adjust the direction somewhat by how you place the hose in the holder ----Hope this helps. Question:	Can the sticky disc be removed from the wall once attached
Answer:	Yes - mine actually pealed off the wall with the shower head holder after only one month. It's to thin and flimsy to support the weight.
Question:	Will it hold on marble shower
Answer:	I don't have a marble shower, but I was impressed at how well it has stayed stuck to my tile that does not have an smooth/even surface. I'm guessing it'll still better to a smoother surface.
Question:	Will this stay on granite or quarts walls inside the shower (water gets splattered on the suction cup
Answer:	I cleaned the tile area well with tile cleaner , ie soap scum or other . I then covered the rubber cup with instant glue pressed it hard and snapped the leavers instructed. I do not believe that it will come off unless cut it off.

Answer:	That would as long as your lastic or metal board is polished and smooth.
Question:	Will this latch onto the back of a bathroom door to hang bath towels? And how many lbs. could this hook hold
Answer:	Mine are on tile in my walk in shower, so I’m not sure if they will work on a bathroom door. The weight for the bath towel are medium.

Answer:	I’m using it for holding a large and heavy wreath to heavily using glass door. Sometimes door gets slammed by wind but it’s been up there more than 6 months. It’s pretty well made.
