Question:	Will this work on water damaged particle board to prevent further crumbling
Answer:	Wood and particle board are two different animals. Particle board has several ingredients that I suspect would not bond with this product. You could try it, but because it is water soluble, who knows what the reaction might be. If the damaged material is too hard to remove, I would try a small section with this and another section with the more toxic Minwax or Bondo version of wood hardener. Good luck.
Question:	I'm replacing slats in an old bench with new pine. Would this be good to harden and waterproof the new/undamaged wood, then stain after
Answer:	No, new wood won't absorb it very well. It's for old spongy wood. There must be other products that are designed for preservation rather than restoration. (BTW, I wasn't impressed with it for old wood either.)
Question:	Since I don't want to sand stain off the soft wood, would it work to drill small holes into the wood and "inject" the product directly into the holes
Answer:	I think this might work, I had very old shed with rotten windows sills and drilled holes in rotten wood. This was some years back. If I remember correctly it instructed you to drill holes for deeper penetration of the decayed areas of the wood. I will say the wood was more like rock when hardened
Question:	Can this be used on mdf or particle board that has begun to expand and separate slightly? Such as the bottom of an arcade cabinet
Answer:	This will stop rot and hold together wood that has become rotten. The expansion will not go away. You might use in conjunction with yellow carpenters glue (water proof) and clamp the cabinet to force expansion and separation back to proper form. I have used on wood that had termite and water damage and the restorer hardened the wood and do the same for manufactured wood.

Question:	How many coats should I use on Western red Cedar before painting with a top coat
Answer:	Depends upon the dryness of the wood and how you apply it. First time, I needed two coats due to rolling on by hand, for good coverage, and I switched to spray with backrolling which seemed to increase coverage with only 1 coat. I did two coats on the siding and trim on my chimnney since it was up in the elements moreso then anywhere else on my home. Your mileage may vary, start with one coat and see how your coverage is, how the wood uptakes the sealant and go from there. You'll know.

Answer:	According to the manufacturer's SDS, yes it does.

Answer:	Just be generous with one coat. Keep spreading it to the "thirsty spots." If you try and recoat after the first coat dries, it will repel itself as it is water based.

Answer:	Yes, I cannot see why not. I'd dial down the pressure as much as possible as it is quite watery. I've used a pump sprayer to apply it to fence pickets before so your application should work just fine. Don't thin, clean up with warm soapy water before product dries. From the manufacturer: - Airless spray is recommended forexisting wood installations or when dipping is not possible.Use a 0.011-0.021 inch tip and 100 mesh filter screen at250-500 psi. Adjust pressure when necessary to minimizeoverspray and fogging. For best results, back brush alongthe grain to remove any drips or runs, and any unevencoverage or surface puddles before the project dries.

Answer:	I am in the process of redoing a 5 piece dinning set. It's 4 chairs and a table. I ran out of both the oil and the cleaner/brightener. If yours is as large as mine I recommend using the 32oz or even larger. Could even get the gallon size for the oil if you need more than one coat like my set does.

Answer:	Star brite Teak Oil is ideal for acacia wood.
Question:	What's the differnce between this brand and the wadco brand for half the price
Answer:	I used both Watco and Star Brite on a set of 4 hairs teak chairs that were very weathered. I cleaned them all with the Star Brite clieaner first, which did a great job. My goal with the teak oil was to replace the natural oil that had leached out over the years. Without that oil, the wood absorbed rain water and was starting to split from the wet dry cycles. The Star Brit is thinner and really soaked in. 1 quart gave me 2 coats on one chair and a start on a second chair. My wife then got the Watco, so I used it on the rest of the chairs. Its much thicker and doesn't soak in nearly as much. One quart id 3 chairs. It colors the wood a lot more, which I didn't want. I wish I had used only Star Brite. It does a better job of penetrating deeply into the wood and truly reconditioning it. The Watco is more of a surface finish, giving quick, superficially pretty results. I don't think its nearly as good for rejuvenating severely weathered, dried wood. May it'g work best for preserving newer teak, but I wouldn't recommend it on old teak.

Answer:	The oil has a brown color and since I put it on dark brown wood bench, I couldn't tell if coloring was a factor. I don't think it would change raw wood that much, unless it was a really light wood. Oil does soak in and that might make a slight difference.

We ship out a lot of different probiotics from many different brands, and all of them are completely shelf-stable, including the Pharmax HLC and Genestra HMF products. As a distributor, we have been in contact with the manufacturer and creator of this line, and they have assured us that all of their HLC and HMF products are guaranteed to maintain their potency for up to 2 years of being unrefrigerated. In fact, when we receive product from the manufacturer, it is not shipped with dry ice or any special packaging. The creator of the product has told us that when they manufacture their probiotic products, they actually manufacture them with a much higher amount than is listed on the label, and the amount of probiotic listed on the bottle is actually the guaranteed amount after two years of being at room temperature or higher.We do refrigerate the products in our warehouse because we want to extend the shelf life by as much as possible, since we ship to wholesale customers who may not be selling them right away. Answer:	I was told by a Naturopath that, yes, you can open the capsules. I use these and put them in bottled spring water rather than tap water since there is supposed to be less chemicals in spring water. The chemicals that are used to kill bacteria in tap water could kill the good organisms in the probiotic. Also, don't put the probiotic in anything warm or hot. This will harm the organisms also. Question:	What is the warranty on this
Answer:	I don't believe there is any warranty. We applied it two years ago and the covered areas still look good. The section in direct Sun...needs to have it applied again.
Question:	How long can the product be stored once the container is opened
Answer:	We actually used some that we had stored in our garage that was left over from the last time we stained our siding and that was in the summer of 2012, 6 yrs ago. When we removed the lid, it looked like it had become a gel but my husband used a drill with a paint mixer/stirrer tool and it became liquefied again. We applied it to the siding without incident and the color matched the new 5 gallon containers we bought this summer .
Question:	I have 275 ft of fence plus a gate- what's the coverage with using a sprayer
Answer:	I’m in the process of staining my fence (I am using a different brand) with a semi-transparent stain. I have 187’ of fence at 5’ high including 2 gates. Applied with a roller and brush, I’m going to need around 13 gallons. My recommendation is rent a sprayer from Home Depot. You’ll save time and money as you’ll use less product and it will go much much faster.
Question:	we have a heavy dining set and i am worried about scratches after i stain, how does it hold up to heavy chairs moving back and forth
Answer:	I have a deck/patio furniture set, including a cast iron umbrella base. Lots of use over the last year with no evidence of scratches in the deck. The stain penetrates the wood rather than building a barrier so dragging stuff across the boards won't take it off provided the wood is properly prepared.

Answer:	I mostly take the HMF Neuropowder and it doesn't taste good but it doesn't taste that bad at all. It is so worth having the probiotics that are so important. The HMF powder actually tastes good to me. Even a little sweet.

Answer:	What ive read it should be kept cold. When I travel I keep it in a container with ice packs and/or in a cooler when I camp or traveling. And then refrigerate when get to destination. Think loses potency eventually. Call manufacturer to find out how long or what you can do.
